Ok, So i've just installed the Z32 AFM and PFC on my 32GTR. Started it up and all is good, except for the dash warning light, which i presume will be fixed when i take it to the tuner. My first question is: Is it ok to drive around on the PFC "stock/safe tune"??? ...is there anything i should be looking out for, like keeping it under 4,000RPM or something till i get it to the tuner? My second question: The user manual i got with the PFC is in Japanese, where can i find a pdf or something for it? ...would save me having to ask these noob questions

Yer, they're the ones i just got and will be installing within the next few days. Funnily enough tho, they came in a what looked to be a genuine nissan box

Cant go wrong with a Uniden hand held. They got the lil mini ones at Dick Smith for about 50 bucks last time i checked. The only shit thing with those ones is that you dont have the option of plugging in an external mic. The next size/model up from these are pretty good, but i think they're nearly double the price.

Yer it sux...but how is it VicRoads fault? They have a job to do, and if someone doesnt provide them with the correct information/paperwork why should they put their ass on the line for someone else? LoL @ waiting another week. BooHoo

HaHa...you seen that doco also? ...Bowling for Culombine with that Moore dude? Aparently in America they also get special deals when opening up a new account with a bank. -Open a new account, get a free gun!. LoL @ Americans handing out guns in a bank I heard on the radio the offender is being charged with murder, didnt apply for bail and is in custody till August for a hearing.

Yes. Bend over and receive your glory! When you get the letter just change the airbox and exhaust back to stock before you take it in....and im not sure, but externally you cant tell that if a turbo has been hiflowed yer? Say its stock. As for the BOV, i think you need a plumb back one -i think.

Is your tenant a skanky, junky ho with a kid? ...well thats what i pictured anyways.

Just take it back to the guy that did the RWC and show him the mistake. Im sure he'd write up another one then and there without charge. ...i hardly see how this is VicRoads fault.

Haven't actually gone myself but I've heard that you can get some pretty good deals to NZ and its sometimes cheaper and better to go with one of their flight/cabin/lift pass deals they got. -
A very big thanks to those that made the effort to come down. I'll post up some of the pics from this cruise in the next AUSREVS cruise thread. The AUSREVS team hopes to see you again at our next invitation.

HaHa! ...some funny stories and some good advice from ppl He wants me to take down the camera i have in the window facing the garage coz he thinks im watching him! To a degree i can understand his anxiety which is fair enuff. But i tried to explain to him the following reasons: -The camera is mounted barely 1.5m off the ground on my window sill so you cant see into his backyard from the 2+ meter fence. In other words a 1.5M mounting point with an obstacle at 2M means that the camera would be facing upwards in a futile attempt to see into his backyard...so its impossible. -To prove this i invited him over to my place to take a look for himself !!! -It is there to watch over my garage and dog, as past experiences have taught me that i cannot leave the place un-attended I also told him that in every instance i had a trouble I went and spoke to him about it to be civil, so if he had a concern about the camera why didnt he just talk to me about it rather than jump to these shenanigans? I informed him that if he did ask me nicely in the first place, then i just may have done it in the interest of peace. He tried to tell me that I was breaking the law and he was going to call the Police to which i welcomed the 'threat'. LoL, If only he knew what my job was Wouldn't you agree that i was more than fair? If anything, im curious as to why after such a long (coincidently trouble free) time he is insisting i take it down now? And also, why does he seem to pay so much attention as to whats in my backyard? I can honestly say that in the entire time i have been there, I have not even looked over into his place. I cant even see anything when i stand at higher ground (at the window)...

LoL...get ready to read my essay So it looks like my streak of having good neighbors has finally come to an end. Im fortunate im only renting atm so whilst it is a bit of an inconvenience god only knows how much worse it could have been if i owned the place. I've only been there two years yet i've encountered these problems: -On two occasions their teenage sons violently attacking my dog from the fence with broom sticks sharpened as spears, rocks, as well as trying to kick her when she's fighting back. (she's a pitbull, so it makes me worried if she actually grabs a hold of em) -Extreemly loud music, as it appears they have some sort of DJ equipment/speakers. -Friends of their teenagers jumping over the fence "apparently" to retrieve their ball when i was taking the dog for a walk, and coming home to find the garage window smashed. Needless to say, these events have made me a little paranoid, so i would regularly look out the kitchen window to see if there is anything un-toward as they are my back neighbors and have put a small camera in the dining room window shelf facing my garage as i park the GTR there....and so what happens over the weekend as a result? -They erect a massive board (approx 3m x 1m) with some spray painting of a stickman waving, almost asif to say "Hello, we can see you" I live on my own and am a quite person so i dont have wild parties with 439527634 ppl over getting drunk or make very much noise. And as im working 6 days a week and generally too tired to do anything on my days off the place is generally empty anyways except for my dog. In all instances i have tried to speak to the father that lives there only to be confronted with an extreemly arrogant attitude. Im guessing it may have something to do with the fact my landlord leased the place to me instead of their sister-in-law as he had his doubts about them too. Otherwise, i dont know any other reason why they would act in such a manner. Looks like im gonna be moving now, but when im gone i may come back for a visit Anyways, thats my gripe for this morning. Anyone else around here had any bad experiences? How did u deal with it? ...and would you have any advice for my situation?

...just over two weeks to go now

The boys at creatd are pretty good. When they slap it on the dyno, the results should let you know how ur a/f ratio's are. But if you havent got any probs now, then you should be ok.

Yer thats prob my best option... Cheers

Welcome dude... ...im a long time reader but still a noob to posting myself

ahhhk k ...i thought i read in a thread somewhere u had to do something extra with wiring, something about turbo's :S LoL, i dunno. Well, im just waiting on the Z32's and i'll be throwing them on....and seeing as the pfc is easier than i thought i'll do that too. Does the pfc come pre-programmed as "stock" so i can drive it to the workshop? I know i gotta set it to Z32 afm's, but i think thats all yer?
-
oh that price isnt too bad. Yer the installation book i got is in Jap, and im sure i've read in a thread somewhere that there is a couple of wires that need to be changed around on the harness???

LoL...that definetly is a new one! I dont see what the fmic has to do with airbags. I'd be looking at the OPI as an option....i smell bullsh*t
