  1. Well perhaps it was the way that you said it that got everyone upset. Think about it. Look how many people got defensive and upset at your post. Where do you think the problem lies? With the 15 people who got angry or the 1 person they're all replying to?
  2. Perhaps you should re-read this thread from the beginning (that's starting from page 1 and working your way down in case you don't get it) and see who's actually making the fuss. You barged into this thread and out of the blue, and completely uncalled for and unprovoked... you posted uneducated drivel, insulting us for taking our cars to skidpan days Go back and read the progression of the thread and see where it all started.
  3. Wait wait..... You're American aren't you?
  4. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE HERE: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/ca...do=getinfo&e=47
  5. YUMMMM This place gets my vote for this month's dinner
  6. Any chance of you popping by there and grabbing a menu for us? Does it look any good? It's not a fast food place is it?
  7. Oooh... I could be up for Mexican... I've been trying to find an authentic Mexican restaurant in Sydney for AGES.
  8. Yes it does, and yes you can The link you clicked on to add your name changes to a link to remove your name in case you have to pull out!
  9. Thanks Tosh... I'm just trying to encourage people to use the Calendar function.

Had To Happen's website and menu: http://www.hadtohappen.com/ PLEASE REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE HERE: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/ca...do=getinfo&e=47 Booking will be made on Monday 17th May.
  11. Peoples, I will be looking after updating the Calendar function from now on. It's a GREAT tool that we should be using. It's a lot easier to have the month in a glance on one page than it is to trawl through all the thread titles to see what's coming up. So to that end, I will be regularly monitoring the Events section for new threads and adding them to the Calendar. PLEASE USE THE CALENDAR, and click the attendees list if you are coming. It's a great added functionality that Christian has added for us, lets use it!!!
  12. That's what the calendar function is for!!! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/ca...y=2004-5-17&c=1
  13. No need to be sorry, you're absolutely right... But that doesn't make it any less frustrating!! re: second engine, once I have all the parts ready to go and to give to the engine builder, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks for them to do the rebuild. All they have to do is a full strip and rebuild from the ground up of an engine (but with all new goodies ) so it shouldn't take too long. Builds only stretch on and on when you order parts and wait for them to come during the actual build.
  14. I don't even know how to respond to that verbal diahorrea.
  15. Just spoke to the previous owner of that car... It's a Veilside front lip and a GRACER side skirts.
  16. GTR manifolds won't fit on an RB25. Different bolt positionings. I would try a smaller exhaust housing before changing to twin turbos Geoff.
  17. http://www.targa.org.au/gallery/2004/hires...4/brock_car.jpg @ Brock's facial expression
  18. That's what a stock GTR should be doing. Boost starts to build at about 3000rpm, and then it "hits" at 4000rpm (1 bar-ish) lwells: Can you please elaborate a little more about why "high flow" cats are ineffective? Do you mean by the fact that they're just as restrictive as the smaller diameter stock cats or that they aren't as effective at removing pollutants?
  19. Welcome to 2 months ago. It's all hearsay. Nothing official. It all happened at an unofficial test 'n tune, with too many stupid variables like bonnets flying up mid-run and the rest. And the car was the Heat Treatments GTR.
  20. I just went through BelGarion's posts... His last 500 posts have been in this thread
  21. BelGarion: Is this the only thread you post in, on the whole of SAU?
  22. Copying other people's cars = teh lame
