  1. So which NSW'ers are coming with me to say hi to our silly Victorian friend?
  2. http://www.tunersnacks.com :) ;)
  3. Don't link the photo in img tags dude... I purposely put them in url tags
  4. How'd I miss this thread?!?! I'll come along for a bite and a few beers... I might be a little late though... Maybe 2-3pm... I'll have to see how I go though!! This is what I look like so you can recognise me: http://photos.fortheboyz.com/0401niki/imag...es/DSC05215.jpg I'll give your mobile a buzz and see where you guys are at! My mobile: 0418 881 113 Cheers, Andrew.
  5. You're in Sydney? Why didn't you tell us? We're having a cruise tomorrow night if you want to come along! That'd be awesome! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=35330 Sunday I have to go out to State Sports Centre during the day, but I should be able to come out for a few beers on Sunday night! Who's going? Is anything organised yet? Start a thread in the NSW section, most of the NSW'ers are too scared to come in here
  6. Damn, you guys are sooooooooo organised. Are you available for consultancy for Sydney Auto Salon? :) I love design number 2... and the "red shit" says "GOJIRA" in japanese katakana which means "Godzilla"
  7. Here's another company that might be able to help you out... http://www.akibado.com/auction.html
  8. Like the one in this photo I'm after a genuine one (ABS Plastic), preferably second hand, or new if you can get me a super super good price email me: [email protected]
  9. As for everyone expecting Ford to honour your warranty after you go and modify your cars with APS/Nizpro kits... Don't hold your breath, for if I were Ford, I wouldn't honour your warranties either
  10. First of all, great website. I especially love the fully detailed step-by-step instructions on fitting your kits. But I must say, that you have quite a lot to live upto following APS's success with modifying the XR6T. Don't take it the wrong way, but they have achieved phenomenal power figures from the XR6T. With their off-the-shelf Stage 3 kit, slicks, and a modified auto box, they're running 10s... Also, if I owned an XR6T, one of the biggest drawcards is the ability to hit 300rwkw and keeping the engine looking nearly completely standard (e.g. APS Kit)... Keeping that in mind, I'm not sure why you felt the need to replace the rocker covers, intake plenum just for a Stage 1 kit? For that reason alone, I wouldn't consider your kit as it stands... Please take this as constructive criticism, and with a grain of salt if you wish!
  11. I'm a maybe... You'd better change the thread title to 9pm as well
  12. Yeah, one of those BIIIIIIIG ones
  13. I've seen that page before... Can't remember why, but something turned me off it. I'm sure Rezz or Nengun can help you out if you wanted something... Not sure if they would bother for a "let's beer super robot walker" though ....... on that note, I really want a big-ass Domokun soft toy
  14. What a beast! Any specs on that car? What time did it set at Tsukuba?
  15. They're not overkill if that's your only option. Those Carbon prop shafts drop like 7-8 kgs from the rotational mass... How else are you going to do that? Can't shave that much weight off the crank, rods or pistons because you'll be affecting strength... Pulleys? How much weight do they save? 500g? 1kg? What else? Carbon Prop Shaft
  16. I have the R34 N1 GTR. R33 GTR Midnight Purple and Mines Tuned R34 GTR in those Ebbro 1:43 scale, and yeah, they're very small... about double the size of a matchbox car... Very well made and looks very accurate, but not really worth buying
  17. Mario didn't post that thread... He only replied to it...
  18. Possibly. I'll have to see on the day really
  19. It was done at a Test n Tune day, so isn't counted for the "Official" record. The car also had the front chassis rails replaced with a tube frame setup, which moves it into a different category under ANDRA rules, but is still okay under NZDRAG rules (if I understood Mario's post correctly) http://forums.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/show...&threadid=32740
  20. I realised I was doing that exact thing after I got my first Skyline!! Before that, I owned all these "pocket rocket" cars and "pseudo performance" cars, which in actual fact were just light, economy cars that were able to be thrashed around with no real power behind them. I used to wring the living daylights out of those things and nail it off every traffic light like I was Michael Schumacher. As soon as I stepped into the Skyline, my first real performance car, I slowed right down and stopped speeding almost completely on public roads (besides a few late night Old Pacific Hwy runs ) I think it was a combination of maturity and respect for what I had under my right foot. I couldn't go around flooring the crap out of this car like I did the other cars because I'd almost certaintly wrap it around a telegraph pole... In hindsight, I think power restrictions (and modification restrictions) for younger drivers is DEFINITELY a good thing.
  21. I'll take a set for my Escalade... It's an african-american car :D
  22. So what? I don't have a 6th or 7th gear and I'm still going strong!
  23. penis wheels > *
  24. Yeah... I'll see if I can grab some from the States... They're a fraction of the price over there... I'll see how I go
  25. I need TX... I don't have MMF running through my house, as much as I would love to
