I agree.
Cross-Drilled rotors are for looks and for street driving. They dissapate gas well, and look cool, but the drilling process weakens the rotor and makes them prone to cracking if you put them under stress (hard driving or track work).
Slotted rotors are the way to go if you intend on driving your car hard, or taking it to the track.
Before someone points out that Porsche uses cross drilled rotors on their supercars, yes they do. But they are cast with the holes already there, and not drilled after the rotor has been made.
Also, DBA discs are quite good value for money, and I use them with my AP Racing calipers, as I didn't think the AP Racing rotors were worth the extra money. DBA discs are excellent products for the price.
