  1. Don't rice the skyline up, don't drive like an idiot, and you won't attract any attention from the Police. They don't like hoons, they don't like ricey neons or flashing lights, they don't like loud exhausts, and they don't like loud stereos. Keep a low profile whilst driving on the streets and you'll be fine. Quite simple really
  2. One quick lap around the block, and he won't shut up about it You're starting to sound like a broken record Kabab
  3. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Nick: 1 RCE80Y: 0 I might come along tonight... I don't want to go anywhere with cops though...
  4. YAY!!!! Lets cruise from the city to Harry's!!!!
  5. "Marginally better"?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me? Do you realise that a 20/20 Map has 400 load points, and a 16/16 Map had 256 load points? That is close to double the tuning resolution. This is reason enough for me not to even bother looking twice at the Microtech, despite it's ability to run MAP sensor, which is one thing I wish my PFC could do. I'll wait for the new PFC Pro that can run MAP thank you very much. :uh-huh:
  6. I don't have any other choice... My car is making 263.8kw @ wheels, so any other tyre is useless... I just have to drive very very slowly in the wet, and make DAMN sure I don't hit boost...
  7. Power FC's (20x20) 400 Map points makes e-Manage's (16x16)256 Map points look weak and crappy in comparison. I'd rather nearly double the tuning resolution than the ability to run MAP instead of AFM, which is un-necessary unless you are chasing 600hp+
  8. I have a new APEXi Black 60mm Electronic (Peak, Memory, Hold) gauge for sale.... The wiring has been installed, but the gauge never installed in the car. For all intents and purposes, it's brand new. $450 new, I'm wanting $300.
  9. 1. PFC is a full ECU replacement. Much better than a piggyback. 2. An ECU/piggyback is only as good as it's tuner. Who do you know that has shown good results from an e-Manage? Actually... Who do you know what has had *ANY* experience with an e-Manage? None.
  10. If you're looking for someone who had tried both AZENIS and Dunlop D01Js, you might be hard pressed to find such a person mate I use Dunlop D01Js on the road on my rear tyres and they are grippy as all hell... Absolutely mind-blowing levels of grip once they're warmed up... Except they're pretty nasty in the wet... I also have a set of D01Js (front and rear on R33 GTR rims) for the track, but I haven't had a chance to try them out yet... I'll hopefully be going down to Wakefield tomorrow to give them a thrash... From all accounts, I hear that the D01Js are quite measureably better than AZENIS.
  11. It's more an issue of space. Anything bigger than a GT2835 wont fit on a low slung manifold, and has to be mounted up high.
  12. Don't even think about it Jimbo... :hellpisse Touch her and you die. Stick to your :bp: :uh-huh:
  13. Here's the photo http://members.optushome.com.au/jay51/Trac...20Day%20047.jpg
  14. Of course there are circumstances and details that I don't know about, and quite frankly I don't care... All I have to say is that 95km/h in a 60 zone is fu
  15. Jesus. What a ****fight this has turned out to be... Try and do something nice for someone and look what you get in return.
  16. Hmmmm... Okay... The 200SX handles a whole lot better than an R33 Skyline, both having equal amounts of work done to the handling... So the your skyline eats the 200SX for breakfast on EC, but is hardly any quicker at Wakefield? Doesn't that suggest that the 200SX's superior handling and suspension is more beneficial at Wakefield? Majanal... I'm not arguing here, just having a friendly discussion on how different setups benefit on different tracks... Afterall... Arguing is like the Special Olympics... Even if you win you're still retarted (Admins can feel free to edit that out if they feel the need )
  17. Actually the Q45 throttle body is generally referred to as a 90mm... But the internal diameter is really more like 85mm... Definitely bigger than 80mm though!
  18. Funky Blue Screen Model. Perfect condition. Used for about 7-8 months. No longer needed. Comes in original box, with all wiring/manuals/etc. $800. Will COD anywhere in Australia. [email protected]
  19. You guys will argue over anything Look. It all depends on your goals. It is easy and relatively cheap to modify a GTS-t to match the power of a stock GTR. I think everyone agrees with that. The REAL question is how much do you have to mod a GTS-t to *KEEP UP WITH* a GTR?... You match the power, and you'll still get your ass beaten down by a stock GTR. You'll need to more than match the power of the GTR to keep up with it through the 1/4 mile. ATTESSA is a wonderful thing. So is traction. The important question you should be asking in the GTS-t vs. GTR debate is "How far do you want to go with it?" My answer is if you really want more than 300rwkw, I think you should be looking very seriously at a GTR. More than 300rwkw in a GTS-t will render it quite undriveable due to lag, and the ferocity that boost will hit. Also putting more than 300rwkw through 2 road tyres is a very VERY big ask. Bascially, I think if you can afford a GTR and the accompanying modifications, buy one. If not, buy a GTS-t. Simple :shake:
  20. Errrr... are you kidding? Wakefield is a much more suspension oriented track than Eastern Creek... EC is a more big HP track... Wider turns, the straight is double the length of Wakefield's straight...
  21. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA       :woofy:
  22. That is so lame Ryan
  23. MicroMV isn't a proprietary format... It's an industry standard... It's just new, and no-one else has released camcorders that use the new tapes yet, that's all... Every camera shop in Sydney stocks MicroMV tapes... I didn't know Surfers, being the tourist town it is, wouldn't have them!!! And the Sony IP7 uses the MicroMV because the MiniDV tapes are bigger than the video camera :shake:
  24. Perhaps you should change the title of this thread to: "Official SAU QLD BBQ Details... "
