mine is velrco'd on the left hand side of the climate control unit and the cable goes through the glove box so very easy to drop it into the glove box when you get pulled over or when leaving the car some where.

Maybe it might be better to get your exhaust fixed, for such minor mods you dont need such a free flowing exhaust, all its going to do is get you another defect, next time it will probably be a full rwc, you got off easy this time.

If its the same as my defect you can drive the car as much as you like untill the 25th and after that date you can only drive it to a repairer or vic roads for another 21 days then the rego gets suspended. Also is it a major or minor defect, will say on the defect notice, if the exhaust is on the defect notice then you have to get it fixed before the defect can be cleared, go to who ever your going to get an rwc through (assuming its a major) and see what they want you to do. The fine will most likely be for driving and unroadworthy vehicle.

I have a blitz return flow fmic, very happy with it. If your in melbourne i would recommend getting a return flow (uses the standard cooler piping route) as rwc guys are clamping down on holes in the inner gaurd and are asking for engineers certs before they will pass it.

How loud was the exhaust, also does the end of the exhaust point up and out to the side?

Just had a look at some piping i have here, do you mean the vac line goes into a metal pipe that then goes into the pipe between the air flow meter and the turbo? If that is correwct then that pipe is the return pipe for the blow off valve.

At the end of the day any one can say its a bad idea or trying to buy votes but what else is there, have the government keep the money to them selves and see how far we slide, any one who was trying to get a job in the midst of the last recession would know that we dont want to go there again, as much as this does not seem like a perfect plan there is'nt many other options apart from letting the economy slide into a recession and then trying to come back from it, im a big believer in the theory "prevention is better than the cure".

I dont think its aimed at the unemployed, the whole idea is for people to spend it on goods and services, therefore keeping business's trading, keeping people in jobs and maybe even create enough work to make new jobs, which is also the aim of all the new projects the government is doing now, this is more about keeping the economy from sliding into a recession and maybe even spark some growth so that people who have lost there jobs can find new ones.

Didn't they change the law and now you cant drive any turbo or v8 on your p's? I met a guy many years ago who was from nz, he was still using his nz license and he even brought his car over from nz and was allowed to drive it around for 12 months on nz rego before he had to change it over.

Just for the record which hose went to the wastegate and where did the other one go?

So as the diagram says the bottom goes to the T, but which one then goes to the wastegate and where does the other one go?

Got some spare parts for sale, all are from a S1 R33 gtst. cas $150 igniter $150 coil packs $100. Here is a list from nissan fast parts program with all the models these parts are usable on. cas coils igniter Gtr copy rear wing, is in pretty good condition, some led's in the break light dont work, some scratches on one side and a chip out of the end plate on the same side, there is also a little bump out of the front edge, dont know if it is meant to be there but there is one at each end, see pics below. $350 Also willing to swap, im after a small drift wing/lip, Z32 with plug and a bigger fuel pump. Located in frankston, willing to post but pick up preferred.

the bottom bit is right but i know the top bit does not go to the cat, my cat did not have any vac lines attached to it, the cat is at the end of your exhaust dump pipe.

The bottom hose should be hooked up to the T, i would assume the hose you have going to the wastegate is right since in the pic it has a clamp on it but i have no idea where the one from the to of the solenoid goes.

I want them, but there either taken or not allowed

Thanks for the idea, here is a closer view, cant help you with where the other ends go, im guessing one to the wastegate....

I assumed you have done one and would know, dont need to do one just curious if its true or not.
