  1. located in gympie (under an hour from maroochydore) i don't know how much. $15 + postage for the silencer.
  2. ok, i have a set of 4 r33 wheels with tyres, but the tyres are pretty worn. $200 plastic adapter to put a pod onto an AFM. suits rb25, but may fit others. $15 posted set of 4 16" magna/verada wheels (come with wheel nuts needed). has good tyres (plenty of tread left). they are bigger (larger diameter) than the stock r33 tyres. they are 225/55/16. offset is slightly different to skyline as well, but should still fit. offset is only a few mm different as i was running r34 wheels on my magna. $250 2.5" compliance cat converter. $40 steel pedal cover set with built in blue lights to suit a manual. the lights are in the grip bits. $25 posted. also have a set to suit an auto but need to find some of the wiring for it. silencer for cannon. came from an x-force system. painted black. make an offer. purple LED number plate chaser. when powered i think it has 2 lights that go round on oposite sides. $20 posted there may be more stuff to come as i find crap upstairs. pics will be up shortly. just have to upload them also have a few of the stock heatshields, such as dump pipe and i think turbo
  3. LOL
  4. what size did u end up getting?
  5. nothing second hand and remote lock out forks are good
  6. i would say that the XL would be fine too. that extra inch longer will be putting extra stress on your lower back and wrists and possibly give you neck pain. and i just looked at the specs and the XL alias has a 5mm shorter top tube than your rincon, so the XXL is going to 22mm longer than your 25" rincon. although the stem is a bit shorter on the alias. as for the forks, there are ways to get around the length of the steerer tube issue, but since you are getting a better bike i won't bother going into it. but i would be sticking to the XL frame, not the XXL. it's just too long.
  7. yeah pink grips are easy to find
  8. rowan, how tall are you? and how high do you run the seat out of the frame? you would have a fair bit of adjustment left to go before the seat was at it's highest point, yeah? by going to the 24" frame you are moving the handlebars 27mm away from you. to find your ideal frame size, stand against a wall with your feet about 6" apart. hold a book or ruler up between your legs and measure the distance from the top of the book/ruler to the floor. this is your inside leg measurement. times this number by 0.66 to give you what frame size you should be on. the only exception to this rule is if you have a long torso and short arms
  9. i never said purple tyres don't exists for road bikes. road bike tyres come in all sorts of colours. MTB tyres on the other hand aren't that varied in colour, especially in road tread. michelin used to do a few cross country tyres in various colours,
  10. ummm, not really anything coloured for MTB wheels. could possibly see what i could get though. and you ride a 25" frame??? holy fuck!!!!! that's epicly massive. unless you are 7' tall that is WAAAAAAAAY to big. i'm 6'3 and i'm only on a 20" frame, but could possibly be on a 22" but i find them a bit long. and yes i know how queer some of that sounded *waits for edited quote
  11. there are cheaper cables than the PLMS ones. ecutalk does them for about $70 for a USB one, and i think $55 for the serial version. and those prices both include postage. and they also do a free software, as well as the many others available free on the net. ecutalk also do a LCD consult display
  12. why is it that the black tint pics are taken at completely different angles to all the others. i'm guessing it is to make it look much darker than it actually is.
  13. yeah, smart thinking
  14. so you meant hydro forks? i wasn't being a smart arse, just asking the question to make sure you hadn't been told some bullshit, lol. but i sort of figured you knew enough about bike to not get told too much bullshit and just wanted to see if it was a cock up on your part
  15. what do you mean hydro gears? do you mean hydro forks?
  16. i was expecting to see a garage for sale. most dissapointed
  17. yeah. luckily i still have a lot of the pre aussie dollar crash stock, so i haven't had to put my prices up yet so i am getting a bit of business from out of town.
  18. the forks on the yukon are still a basic fork, even though they are hydraulic (but they aren't a true hydraulic fork). they are only a cross country fork. and they are only 80mm travel, and depending on what model rincon you have, yours could be 100mm. the only real difference between the 2 forks are the way the lockout and dampening works.
  19. hello from boiling australia.
  20. while we are doing pets, this is my old dog. she was so cute. i miss her.
  21. i was just going to say his name, nothing about the icecream. i had actually forgotten about that, but thanks for the reminder
  22. bumpity, now $1350
  23. price now $1500
  24. ok, so i took the camera out last night and had a play around. ISO 100, f8, 30 seconds ISO 100, f4, 10 seconds ISO 800, f4, 5 seconds ISO 1600, f4, 5 seconds ISO 200, f4, 30 seconds ISO 400, f4, 30 seconds ISO 100, f8, 86 seconds!!!!!!! ISO 100, f5, 39 seconds so while f8 might be good in the city under a bridge that is really well lit, unless i plan on using 2 to 3 minute exposures, using a lower apeture works better. also i told the missus about how you said people on the forums said that f8 was the sweet spot for shooting at night, and said that every lense has an 'ideal' apeture setting that isn't always the lowest or highest setting the lense can do, and she said that just because it is the 'sweet spot' as you say, doesn't mean that it will take the best picture at that setting in every situation. and she also made a comment about the fact that you were told that on a forum, and then proceeded to make a rather amusing comparison to how just because everyone on this forum says that if you wind a stock r33 turbo up to 15psi you won't make any more power, that this is actually the case. *waits for some idiot (who has never tried it, and doesn't know anyone who has tried it and is just going off the info given by 100 other people who have also never tried it) to say that a stock r33 turbo won't make any more power at 15psi than it will at 12psi to prove her point. LOL
  25. yeah we don't have the IS version.
