Hello all, Re-build in progress...RB26. Tomie restrictor(1.5mm) on the way...thanks Sean Not looking for a sump extension but more of a modification. This has been a discussed topic but not much information on hear for my liking. It reducess pressure thus creating less blow-by and helps maintain a good level of oil in the sump which at high revs can be low causing problems Has anyone drilled the head and sump to improve the flow of oil? If so, what size oil return lines did you use? Where is the best location and height to tap into the head? Where would it be best to return the line into the sump? Pictures would be great if anyone has them. Also am unsure if this mod is good for any other RB Motor.....sure it would not hurt. Thanks

The pump had been punished by the slightly bent crank all along. Might have worn the side walls near the seal. . Anyway...thats ok now...cause engine re-build time Was knowing it would come to this...just not knowing how soon. Crank bent, .7mm out ..tried a second hand harmonic balancer to make sure. Hope I don't need a new block.......would love to use mine.

Seems like the Japs think 5,000k's are year is ok to turn back the clock Take a 91 car...5 a year..export it 2005 14Yx5K...Presto....70,000 believable k's. BUT Yes.....Guilt-Toy is the winner........ But what he won is still yet to be decided....

Hello, As topic suggests. Does anyone have a Assembled Complete Forged bottom end, ready to go.......for a GTR. After...Forged crank(aftermarket...not stock..prefer billet or Stroker Kit..Tomei ,HKS or Apexi) Forged Pistons,Rods...... This may be a long shot seeing I am just about to start my re-build. But if you don't ask........you won't get.... Thanks

Hello again, I have delayed adding to this thread on the hope that I may be compensated in one way or another by Kris. Sewid .....Kris, Is a great contributor to this forum....and his previous dealings with me have gone well.... I bought this set and when going to install the front cover...noticed it did not fit...not even close... I reported this to Kris.....and tried to negotiate a deal for other covers which he has. So far I have not had any reply.... ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A SET LIKE THESE......JUST BE WARNED....FRONT COVER DOES NOT FIT.
