  1. I'm in, yahoo! Car is now running sweet so I can finally come out and play.
  2. Yeah drives me nuts, it always makes me not want to put the AC on "just in case" something's not right lol. But then I start to sweet like a whore in church and change my mind pretty quickly
  3. Mine has done the same thing since day one, I think it's just a slight load type difference when the compressor comes on and off. I asked my tuner about it years ago and he reckons its nothing to worry about. Annoys me though, like a little "blip" every now and then yeh???
  4. Congatulations mate, hope all is well. Umm, there are a few girls here that are awaiting a photo
  5. Yep door cards and rear cards fit perfect. Put a full gtr interior into my gtst earlier this year, no dramas whatsoever
  6. Such a shame it decided to lunch itself Paul. I remember seeing your ride at unigroup and having a chat to you about it. (I just finished my 33 and brought it down to show the boys) The new setup sounds even more impressive.
  7. I'd like to have the same size front and rear so I can rotate tyres but I always seem to spend the monies on random sh1t
  8. Yep lol. Although I still want to clean up my rims at some stage so Craved will get more work out of me yet. Not in a hurry for that though, gotta address my knock problem first and get some new rubber.
  9. Jeebuz Matt isn't this this running yet! Looks good man, the black theme has worked really well IMO. I still like my bling though must be worth at least 11ty more killerwasps
  10. The tank I was talking about http://www.coolingmist.com/pagedisplay.aspx?pid=Protank1 Turns out it does come as a stand alone unit without the pump
  11. I reckon it would be easy enough to install yourself if you know your way around an engine bay. The general rule seems to be about 80mm from the TB iirc so you should have enough room on a 26. My 25 has a ff plenum with a very tight radius bend and there is plenty of room. Edit: just had a brainfart. You don't have a single TB, I'm just guessing but you'd still install it just off of the plenum I spose?????
  12. Coolingmist have a fancy boot mount tank that they reckon won't suffer these issues but iirc they have the whole pump assembly attached so I don't think you can just buy the tank. I'll post a linky later
  13. I'm wondering the same thing as I have to go boot mount as well. Having said that the solenoid is only ~50bux so may be worth it? Did you just go with the 3 quart tank? I'm tossing up wether to got the 2 gallon jobby but I'm a bit worried about the sloshing around on track days making it run dry intermittently. Thoughts
  14. Hey, A good little explanation in laymans terms of how it all works. http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0707_turp_snow_performance_boost_cooler/viewall.html
  15. Really?? And here I was thinking I'm all original and stuff hahahaa. I hear you with the bandwidth fix, it's not what I am trying to achieve. The car is booked in to go on the rollers on the 18th and until then it will sit in the garage. My main aim is to get over 300 killerwasps out of my 2835 pro s and to retain the awsome response im getting atm without resorting to e85 as its just readily available enough yet Yep, we are just guessing still at this stage but we "assume" this is the problem until we can have a good look. Oh btw ARTZ, mine is still quick..........and quiet in cabin..........and has da bling under the bonnet.........and is nice and frosty inside on a hot day. So bite me
  16. Thanks man, The WMI will get rid of that pesky knock for you hopefully. Mine is knock limited at the moment as well in third gear wot. But as I said I'm hoping it's just a matter of the fuel pump being unable to keep up with the new setup???? I HOPE >.<
  17. What you talkin bout Willis???? Your just jealous of that 50 kg of extra weight I'm running due to my powdercoating addiction Yeh man going well, except we think the old walbro can't keep up with the new huffer so it's booked in for a looksee. So I'm thinking of getting the WMI kit and install it before the booking so I don't have to retune again.
  18. Good idea, at least running just demineralised water you can get just about anywhere which is a bonus, especially if yours is a daily. You didn't say whether you got the stage 2 kit or not??? Ok cool, I'm only about 45mins from rocket industries and the sell the water meth mix and mine will not be a daily soon so might go the whole hog.
  19. Question time Mafia, by the looks of your pics your just using water yeh?? How long does your tank last? And is ther much of a gain to be had running water/meth as opposed to just water?
  20. Thanks man, that's kinda what I thought. More control. GTScotT, I take it you went the stage 2 kit?? Seems a good price
  21. Damn you Jez, starting this topic 10mins after I posted in another thread. Copied from the HG thread: "with the WMI kits, would it be "better" to spend the extra 150 odd bux for a progressive type system as opposed to the old on/off Hobbs switch setup???? Have been looking int WMI for a long time and the $$$ seems about right to grab one."
  22. Guys a bit off topic but with the WMI kits, would it be "better" to spend the extra 150 odd bux for a progressive type system as opposed to the old on/off Hobbs switch setup???? Have been looking int WMI for a long time and the $$$ seems anout right to grab one.
