If a car is doing 100KM/H and can not put down its power to accelerate, how will it reach the 170KM/H if it's not accelerating... Coppers did a print of the car. They removed prints from the car, they must wait for prints to come back before they can proceed, prints come in 6 months later, which gives them no extra evidence, by the time this comes in the extra evidence they could have had had they questioned the day it happened, is gone... Hence, they are left with a mobile phone of a local "punk" who is known for knocking cars off, but the coppers now have no evidence to pin it on him. Oh, and I'm sure your mother used that line on you when ever you started to argue with her... You choose to work on your car, or use it in your free time...Time out side of things I have to do (IE, Work) is free time... I choose what I do... Therefore, with or without car... The ECU doesn't look at oil pressure for the fuel pump, it monitors triggering from the CAS.

Take it out completely filter and all piping off... Spray the wire as much as possible. That's the sensor, you want it clean. Let it dry, will only take a few mins to be 100% dry. Only precaution, keep the stuff off your hands/skin. It's not bad bad to get it on, but your hands will get cold (And I believe it is carcinogenic too, but meh)

Don't worry abuot looking to see if it's clean. Unbolt and clean it.

A hub dyno will always read higher KW figures over a roller dyno. Their figures are quite accurate for the dynos they're being measured on. You can't compare, and this is why dynos are BULLSHIT.

It's not a dumb idea. Alot of big HP cars do it... It gives one huge advantage too... When you shift, the wastegate is sucked hard shut making ALL exhaust gasses head out the wastegate... I run my car with no BOV, so if I were to shift, the waste gate is held open, just as is on all cars that run their pressure source from the IC piping as they either run no BOV (And wastegate still sees pressure) or they run a BOV and as such, there is a delay in having the BOV vent, hence there is always a minor amount of pressure... At the least, they see vacuum... As for claiming it's a dumb idea, you give no reasoning for it...
