  1. The cop carpark is attached to the carpark behind our building, I often enter from the Hay St side and from our bit of the carpark we can see into the cops office..

    Photoshoot

I'll come down for a perv.
  3. Bent cranks are quite common in i6 engines.. just make sure you get all your clearances checked and machine appropriately.
  4. lol That guy deserved every bit of the pole he got.
  5. Leave the HICAS control unit plugged in or you'll lose your speed sensitive steering.
  6. Different in what way?
  7. Excellent, cheers for your help P.S. if anyone is interested, I just found a website called bestmuffler.com, company appears to be in NSW and seem to have a lot of reasonably priced stuff such as flexes, bends and larger v-band clamps.
  8. Very interesting, I think I could get away with 2x "female" flanges and 2x "male" flanges (one blanked). What was the rough price on lathing up the male flanges? would prefer to have the locator integral with the flange instead of having little bits that can be lost when swapping Still need to order me another clamp for the front pipe end of the plumback. I can only find flanges for sale in Australia, no clamps
  9. I emailed a mob in the US this morning about getting 4x extra flanges and an extra clamp for 44mm TiAl gates so I can make my screamer/plumback hot swappable. Figured it would be easier using all the same size stuff that comes off the gate.. wasn't aware of the male/female thing though Juggernaut, where did you get those flexes from? I need one for the plumback and a 3" one for the dump pipe.
  10. I'm north of the river but south of the meet point.. so I'll just meet yas at Dogswamp so wish I had my 32 for this
  11. That pitting is probably from detonation..

    Heyy

Welcome to the wonderful world of being constantly broke! but it's all in the name of fun
  13. Could run a charity cruise to help some Under-Priveleged Paintball Players get to Sydney
  14. You mean an external wastegate for your internally gated turbo? No benefit whatsoever. External wastegates are used with big non-internally gated turbo applications.
  15. Yeah I can try, car is in pieces at the workshop. If I remember to take a camera with me this afternoon I'll take a photo of the latch, it's not attached to the car right now though.
  16. I do everything to my cars except tuning and wheel alignments. Oh and I paid my tuner to fit the 044 fuel pump to my 32 because I couldn't be bothered sourcing fittings and delving into the depths of the fuel tank
  17. To the top! Should have some SAUWA sticker son the Stag before the cruise
  18. Yeah haven't used my truck in a while either.. nitro is just more effort and everytime I take my truck out, I do something stupid (like try hit some ridiculous jump) and break something lol For road stuff (drifting), I find it's much easier to have a smoke while the motor cools down and just throw another battery in. The real nerdy part is, my speed controller plugs into a PC and you can map the power and braking curves, set traction control (pfft) and some other things.. now, I have a PC in my 32, was out drifting the r/c car one day and thought, could really do with a bit more power down low.. so plugged it into my carPC and had a tinker
  19. Small turbo on the 3L would do pretty much the same thing..
  20. Where from? I got the Denso's for my 30 before the dollar went to shit, haven't looked recently but probably a lot more now..
  21. +1 Not only had, but installed too.. +11ty
  22. Yeah that pic is of Russ, we also had a similar conversation
  23. You can run a lot more than 200awkw on stock injectors.. mine maxed at 260awkw (15psi through this turbo) so dropped it back to 12psi (240awkw) until I get some bigger ones. I saw mention of hiflow injectors costing $150each.. I paid $160each for brand new Denso injectors for my 32.. no way in hell I'm paying $150 each for some monkey to doctor my stock Neo injectors!
  24. Just going back to something mentioned on page 1 about aftermarket ecu's and the auto, Haltech e11v2 does NOT control the auto or receive feedback from it at all. Speaking from experience here
  25. Yeah they do make nitro cars, some specific to drift and some not. Personally I like electric for drifting, my offroad truck is nitro though.. makes for some great wheelstanding, jumping fun
