Hmm.. by "changed turbos" do you mean replaced a stock turbo with a stock turbo? or upgraded to a bigger turbo?

Even with a dead O2 sensor I wasn't getting anywhere near 30L/100km.. that's just crazy! I think with dead O2 sensor and city driving I was getting up close to 20L/100km.. well it wasn't exactly dead.. just forgot to plug it in last time the motor was out now it's down to about 14L/100km for city driving (rather rich tune).

Adapter plate? what manifold are you using? T4 split pulse, needs a special manifold to make use of the twinscroll housing

You theory is flawed. By what you're saying, I should be making 220rwkw because I have an RB25 turbo on an RB30.. A turbo will make the same power on whatever motor it is on because it can only flow "so" much air. Smaller or larger capacity will just make the power later or sooner. I also resent the WA reference, not all of us are dyno fiddling dodgy brothers

Yes do the water pump. Timing belt has to come off to change the water pump so better to be safe than sorry OEM RB20 pump was not much over $100 IIRC
