  1. Looks like you will be going with the Axis grill then. I posed the question to RHD Japan to see if they could find it. here is a bit of the response I received from Japan; Looking through current and older Nismo catalogs, Nismo never made a front grille for the M35 as pictured. The grille shown in the dealer picture must be of some other brand with the Nismo brand added onto it. What the brand is/could be, I am not sure. Annoying as this is the second time I have seen the damn thing!
  2. Probably won't be cheap, but Reece Irrigation stores stock up up to 13core in whatever length you need.
  3. Bah! Just pay to have them shipped or neg a price inc shipping... or ROAD TRIP!
  4. If my memory serves me correctly, I am pretty sure that Jetwreck performed three 0-100kph runs and averaged around 6.8secs. Pretty sure that he only had aftermarket suspension at the time (stock boost, turbo etc)
  5. Haha! As if an all black 260RS with the number plate "BIT SUS" is not enough.
  6. Since you have gone all "murdered out", why not get smoked indicator covers as well?
  7. From what I know, cooling M35's is a priority even for the Japanese. I am assuming that you still have the engine fan and have not "upgraded" to an electric setup?
  8. That's pretty sad. Yes the C34 & M35 are quite different, but we are all from the same family. I don't think that a separate forum for M35's is necessary. Possibly separate sticky for mods and such but that's about it. What about 260RS owners? They share bugger all in common with "standard" C34's (body notwithstanding). At least most M35 threads are labeled as such.
  9. If that is the case, you will have to start up a thread "That's a nice Stagea mate!... Yeah it is in't it" with your stories of people confusing your car with a Stag
  10. Sorta. After the heatwave we had here earlier in the year, my radiator went into emo-mode. Top and bottom tank and one of the tube's decided that life was not worth living and pissed out fluid like an artery had been severed. But that is about it. How did your fan crap itself?
  11. Same importer Jet. I hadn't looked that they were still advertising them. The difference is Kristian, that you did some research before jumping in. Thus avoiding making an arse of yourself.
  12. large congregation of Stags? *sheds tear* Photo's please!
  13. 15 months!?!? Bloody hell! Where did that time go? Be nice to get this thing up and running and I am sure it will come in good time and be worth the wait. Thanks for the update Andy.
  14. ^ lol. Don't think they are going anywhere. In fact, I believe they recently stated (again, incorrectly) that the PM35 Stagea was able to be complied. *I know Nick, pushing it. But haven't named names!*
  15. So Whacha Gonna Do, Brotha!?
  16. No official figure for M35as I don't think they had an OE towbar kit. As much as it pains me to say this (isn't much I would swap my M35 for), I think you may be better off going with a different car. If you are towing above 1500kg for long periods of time, I would be concerned about the allow subframe. If you need Nissan, try a Murano. Then get a 350z Twin turbo kit for it Yes the M35 responds well to mods. I do not know the dimensions of your GTR FMIC, but I dare say you could make it work. (What are the dimensions). In the "Aftermarket M35 Exhausts" thread, you WILL find a dB rating. I made sure to include it. I didn't include a performance increase rating as there are far too many variables and I just don't have the money to buy them all and test them out! Performance wise, what is your aim?
  17. Hey guys. Since we are now talking about "local" quotes, I thought I would throw one out there (for all the many M35 drivers in VIC!) 3" turbo back Mandrel bent Mild Steel with aluminium coating (no rusting) HiFlow cat (Magnaflow) Stainless steel muffler with a choice of tips. $1100 installed. OR $800 from OE dump back. Talk to Glen at Exhaust Plus in Pakenham (just up the road, eh Nick?)
  18. Yeah, I found THIS story and thought it was pretty funny.
  19. OOh! but you are so close , yet so far away!
  20. It is a real shame that you had to go through all of that Muz. Best wishes for you and yours. Two things; 1. Did you see the goings on about the PM35 Stagea? 2. I hope this has not put a stopper "project GT40" Cheers mate. All the best.
  21. That was my impression too. Start the car first thing in the morning and walk straight to the drivers side rear wheel, you will here the ATTESA pump building up pressure in the system. Is that the same sound you described?
  22. Nice highway economy Andy! Could be slightly better, but that is pretty damn good with cruise Is that the cruise kit from Chris? LOL at Sydney peak hour. although Melbourne is just as bad if you are coming in from the east or west. Glad I am not in it anymore
  23. Hey Jet! I think I see something on your nose! *EDIT* Dolphin do a nice dump... Never thought I would type that!
  24. Life and your "happy place" are two completely different things mate!
