I actually have a bad lower back and to a lesser extent foot- both which might fit me into the eligibility of the Mobility Parking Scheme - which means you can park over the metered time. I just don't know of a doctor who would sign it for me, feels a bit ridiculous asking for a parking permit for a bum knee - because I actually would never use the para blue parking spots EVER, there are much worse off people. On the other hand if I fit into the guidelines and it means I can get a sticker that'll let me park out the front of my house I don't see the harm. Does anyone know of doctors who do this sort of stuff? Or is any doctor ok?

My kit was fibre and never got cracked unless it was smashed into something.

Just recently moved to the city and didn't know not every address is eligible for the parking scheme. In my area there are plenty of empty spots and am wondering if anyone here has applied in a special way and been approved or what other options I have other than renting a car spot? Thanks... :\

My stock r31 with a rb30e and a probable 200-300k km on the clock still would probably have only marginally less power than a newish 4L pos commo/ford engines. I mean really..

If sound is the by product of performance so be it but if you have to install something for the sound then your call to do it, my call to laugh.

Never had any sort of car trouble with the cefiro and the law. Once had to produce engineers certificate but that was only because the nice coppers thought I was evading them (I had nfi they were tailing me.. hehe). Had a few other instances where they were lenient. I don't think the cefiro has enough wankers that own one to give it a bad name like most of the other imports (s13, r32, r33 etc)

Fuark you have to be happy with that. It's been a long time building and the results look awesome. I must admit the normal projectors are pretty good with the HID kits (atleast my cefiro ones were fine) so I'm keen to see the result. Pics of the output, at the headlight and general appearance when you have time would be awesome. Great write up

I've been in this car and it's old school pimped. Represents great value for money for a street cruiser - it's clean, fast and unique. It even has this cool thing where you can detach the seatbelt mounts on the roof so you can have a lap sash when cruisin around with the pillarless windows down. mmmm gloria ... Stupid Nic - swap with my r31

My vote is to lose them.

He can always work the engine, ditch the VK and buy an engineless r32, 33, 34, a31. Then rb25/30 in any of those would be nice, especially the r32

My pod was never secured onto anything other than my AFM. I would actually say DON'T secure your pod or it will act as an engine brace when the engine (attached to the turbo and intake pipe) flexes on its mounts and braces against the mount you have. What I would say is your AFM probably cracked because it was hitting the car and acting as an engine brace.

ROFL Seriously though. LOL good story - I'm glad it's your car. If she doesn't offer to clean herself or pay for cleaning then she's a bitch and deserves to be chased for your money. If she offers and is really sincere and nice about it and has learnt her lesson you can probably waive it. Either way I'd be stripping the car to turn it into a racer and repainting the interior and getting new seats because that's the only way you'll ever get ALL the smell out.

As for towing just keep it in the torque band. Don't underboost it you'll use more petrol, put more strain on the engine and be slow.

No offense but f**k THAT. I vote no money making to be made from the cefiro community. It's too small and really if SAU or anyone else wants to make money from a few stickers for PROFIT then they can go and eat a dick quite frankly. Plus it's not a club in itself. I've already paid my dues with SAU NSW membership. Paying for the time or design or materials etc is more than fair off course but I hardly think $10 a sticker is fair. 3 stickers for $10 is probably closer to fair. P.S. If the prices are shit I have a mate who'll make em for free or cheap and I'll be posting em out for the price of materials (if my mate charges me) and postage - off course if you don't want to donate the design then we can't use that in this case.
