  1. simple solution is to push the clutch in when braking, stops the diff from locking up.
  2. ill get it off u again via pm.
  3. think about it. U are now connecting the rear suspension via metal to the chassis. If u think the aftermarket coilovers u have now are harsh, add more NVH on top. Only solution is either to replace the std silicone filled mounts, fit Noltec subframe mounts, or fit poly pinapples. Noltec ones add a little bit on NVH due to the stiffer urethane used, but it is a way better solution than alloy spacer bushes. Speak to Shaun, as hes fitted the Noltec ones to Freebaggins r33.
  4. The bottom lip (if this is a copy) would actually be part of the fibreglass front bar, not a screw on one like the oem one im guessing. How good do these fit? Ive got one on the car now (gtr copy) but it doenst fit too good at all, and is damaged, so i need a replacement.
  5. Yer i'll be pming all the guys who i have to send them to. Or feel free to pm me with the addy u want them to go to...
  6. depends on what head gasket he is using, and what cc the head is, or if the block had been decked as to what comp ratio he is running does it not?
  7. rb30et and rb30e bottom ends are the same
  8. spotted- my car on a tow truck 2 times in 1 week for no less than 3 flat tyres (4 if u count my space saver going flat as well)
  9. I wouldnt risk it at all, especially on the highway, as its only rated to 80km/h. Space savers are only desiged to get u straight to the tyre joint.
  10. They are going cheap these days, but 8k for a modded 33 gtr...? dont think so. Even manual 32's still go for 13k+ add mods...
  11. quick update - The order has been placed, and paid for, just waiting for funds to clear, then they will be in my grubby hands soon to send out
  12. UAS sell a gtr style bar that fits the gtst, they also sell the n1 slots....be prepared though $$
  13. dont do it if your not sure. Stuffing up any part of it (even doing the tensioner nuts up too tight) can kill your motor.
  14. i got a pair of retreads u can have. Brand new, $80 each. 225/50/16 U pay postage, im in adelaide. lemme know
  15. And off the top of your head, how many safety standards /design rules do you know of, and how to test them by the side of the road to prove that they "might not" meet regulation? Im referring to the number of police who see a car and say "too loud" without testing, or see a gear knob, and say "no shift pattern" and send these cars to regency. Ive had an officer pull up next to me on a bike before and say -without provoking him- "If i hadn't just worked a 13 hour shift, id defect you for your blow off valve" then as the lights turned green, he did an illegal turn from the intersection, and sped away up the road. Police like this deserve the "bad cop" label, but i have met some really nice police out there, who just do their job....fact of life.
  16. here here. Most people ask q's that could be answered from actually building the motor, and fitting it to see what needs to be done.

  22. got my rb30 bottom end for $100 gates timing belt is $30 odd tensioner x2 is $80 ea.
  23. yer i know, its been 4 months since i started, and i havent even got a set for myself (which is why i started this in the first place) Production delays are farked, but if i only ordered a few sets, it wouldve been over weeks ago. As it is, once i opened payments, it took a month for the first 5 people to pay, which i then contacted Noltec to place the order, who we all have been waiting on for about 3 weeks now. I cant do anything about it now, but in future GB's, i will state there will be a delay in getting all monies in, to ordering (if they have all stock in) , then for me to get it out. Delays are a part of this gb crud...
  24. if u use the wider flange drive its a r33 gtr oil pump u use. dont need twin feed fuel rail...
