i bought my p3 800 2 years ago for $150, and its been running fine since (using broadband too) i like cheap and nasty for surfing the net, however playing games, and burning i NEED a good comp....hence my new one in the works...bring on LAN

I have a front metal reinforcement bar for a r32 gtst. basically its the metal bar that goes behind your fibreglass front bar as a reinforcement....hence the name These are hard to find at a good price, and in good condition as people usually chop them up to fit a larger intercooler core behind their front bars. The one i have is untouched and in pefect condition. I was going to fit it to my car as my own front bar has been cut, and needed replacement. I am changing setups so this replacement i have is now a spare. Pics can be organised, but wont be available for a short time. Quick update guys - R32 subframe - I rang Noltec to confirm stock levels. They only have 3 on the shelf. Not to worry he said, as they are running more as we speak, and they should be in soon. As soon as they are in, the order will be placed. This happened with the r33 bushes as well, no big dramas though, as they came thorugh earlier than Noltec said. So we should see some soon Sorry for this delay guys....

New nissan blocks come blank, so transferring numbers on nissan motors is legal. Your more likely to get defected over the custom inlet manifold, and bodykit sitting too low....

Whats the condition of the grille? Ie are all mounting points ok, paint colour...? Pics?

Yer i have talked to cbc, and they said they can match anything i bring in, but i wanted to buy the bearings before i get the box pulled apart, incase something goes wrong.... They dont have any listings for rb25, or rb26 boxes unfortunatly here in SA, just rb20 as its roughly the same as the vl box. I was hoping someone had done it before, and could supply part numbers etc...

I need new bearings for a r33 series 1 box. Do these run the same bearings as the GTR's? Do you guys know if i can get an aftermarket set of bearings, from say cbc, that will work in my gb? Im trying to avoid the $450 pricetag for the genuine product too

i finished my last kit, and bought the one below cost $50 (includes photo etched & carbon fibre decals)

Id put money on it being for the one side. There are a few places in Adelaide that make rubber seals for cars, (like rare spares do for the old holdens) Im gunna try contact a few and see if we can get some made up, like the genuine nissan ones...

Ive got the drivers side mount (the rubber block with the studs) brand new from Nissan. I was going to put it into my car when i swapped my motor out, but the drivers side was fine, so i didnt borher. Cost em $90 new from nissan, u can have it for $70 if u like.

Yup, rang em this arvo, and i got the same as everyone else. I know i got the wrong guy too. Id have to go in there to speak to the guy. But this other nissan knob said $260 a set, or $230 for a bulk purchase of 5...whoopie. Im going in there i reckon and make sure i get the right guy...always better to speak to them face to face, so i can hassle him some

keep draging it up, were all good Ive already got some bits for mine, so i should be assembling soon yay i think a sau lan should be on the cards....who has a good connection, so we can go online too!

dont think keyhole is the correct term, but the pic shows where im talking about. There were pics showing what to look for, but i cant find em right now...

dunno...it was some 5mm long weld spots, so i dont think they are ally..U could do it with snips though.. I cbf farked at the time really, just needed me car on the road as fast as possible

i looked at doing this when i fitted gtr calipers, and its tack welded on, and i couldnt be farked getting out the angle grinder....so i left em on.

cut'n'shut bellhousings then it will fit. Also custom tailshaft id think. If u have to go rb engine, stick with the rb25 box as its way stronger.

there are a few guys on here with auto's. In the gb section they had upgrades to auto boxes available. A quick auto will beat a manual on the street and drags... I cant remember who, but MV automotive rings a bell..
