  1. You need to focus on fuel before you throw money away on things like cam gears. If you really do have N1 turbos and you buy a PowerFC you're going to have your injectors maxed out before you will make much power. Fuel is the pre-requisite to making power and should be your objective before things like cam gears. Injectors and a fuel pump. I use SARD injectors and Nismo fuel pumps and recommend them.
  2. haha this is funny. Because you've driven an R35 GT-R so you can comment? In R-mode the GT-R will shift in 0.2 seconds every time. Get your facts straight before you comment, you're embarrassing yourself.
  3. These parts aren't carbon. They're ABS plastic... Mine's front lip replacement in carbon will set you back $3.8k.
  4. Actually it's spelt Infiniti and they do not use the Skyline badge at all. The Infinitis are G35 and G37's. The Skyline is alive and well though in Japan with the new V36's.
  5. It's issue 90.
  6. It's issue 90.
  7. I rolled my eyes so much at this thread after the first page that I have a headache now.
  8. Got my copy!
  9. Yeah it looked like he just stopped and watched the 35... i probly woulda done the same. As for the launch, launch control built into the factory ECU sure does help.
  10. He means Targa West.
  11. Merging with the Hot Version 91 thread since it's from that video.
  12. I'm going to subscribe due to this issue being so hot.
  13. What time attack cars? The GT-Rs are all running OEM tyres at the moment. Bridgestone RE070 and Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST which are both options. Both are run flats too. edit: i'm beginning to think you weren't referring to me in your post lol...
  14. RE070's are standard on STi's as well.. Not as wide though. The RE070's are proving to be a problem re track times with a swap to Dunlops proving a second quicker at least around Fuji and Aida.
  15. Anyone get pics of it on the drag strip?
  16. The Mine's 34 does a 57 sec with 580ps. Very respectable but only two seconds away with no engine work. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScJi_7IMIqg
  17. Standard R35 GT-R best time was 1.01.9 or so. Z-Tune R34 GT-R was 1.00 Power House Amuse Time Attack R35 GT-R was 1.00.2 in January Most recent Evo X does 1.06.46 Most recent STi does 1.05.95 There are a lot of other times for cars like Ferrari 430 and 360 CS but I don't know the sources of those times.
  18. Yeah they did it last Friday... news travels quite slowly sometimes I guess...
  19. Standard interior minus seats which have been changed but yeah that saved a little weight.
  20. Mine's have posted a 59.3 around Tsukuba with their full Mine's spec GT-R. Modified suspension, ECU, exhaust, brakes etc. Photo galleries of the Mine's car in current trim as well as the amuse 1.00 car over at: http://www.gtrblog.com/index.php?blog=4&am...p;tb=1&pb=1
  21. Forgot i'm in Melbourne that night so im out...
  22. Yes it seems Infiniti have their eyes on the PM platform but you won't see GTR levels of running gear in it. Still it will make a nice car but likely weigh over 2 tonnes. I don't see this moving far from the drawing board really.
  23. hehe yeah mate we already knew that from the R35 in Melbourne thread. It will be the first GTR on the roads here shortly.
  24. It seems he was talking about the Mine's car towards the end of the video.
