  1. Yep. The V-Spec's weigh a bit more because of extra bits. That rear diffuser might be carbon but it still weighs a fair whack especially when you include the large number of steel brackets and big bolts needed to keep it on the car.
  2. A lot of cheap multimeters out these days with data logging via USB/RS232 which would be great if the software that ships with them is user friendly. Haven't tried it though. Get a Jaycar catalog and browse the multimeter section which is about 3 - 5 pages long with long feature lists and comparisons and a wide budget range.
  3. The second red car is the camry wagon of the deceased. The silver commodore is not in that photo...
  4. Nope. If you used the car for work last financial year then there is something you can claim back but if you don't know what you're doing you will need an accountant or at the very least an income tax "professional".
  5. $1.3 million... yeah whats that a 1 bedroom studio in Sydney these days
  6. Carbon bonnet is like 3kg lighter. Don't forget the GTR bonnet is already aluminium and weighs very little.
  7. Sapporo's make conference calls at 11pm so much more amusing.
  8. Great dinner guys. Thanks to all who came. I'm so impressed by the food at Masuya. That wagyu was f-ing amazing as well as the sashimi boat. I'm so keen to go back to Japan again after tonights dinner.
  9. btw the booking is under Skylines Australia if you arrive at the restaurant early or w/e.
  10. How negotiable are you?
  11. I won't be there till after 6.30 gotta work till 6
  12. Getting hungry again... can't wait for tonight!
  13. Also what year is it?
  14. I'm interested. You say it's stock except exhaust and pods? Do you have the factory airbox still? Send me an email with pics please [email protected]
  15. Whats the point of damaging your blow off valve for questionable gains in boost when to ground your solenoid you're looking at 10 minutes completely reversible work with a small piece of wire.
  16. ^^ Ya. Seen it done. It does look good. It's a pity the PowerFC HC screen is so lacklustre. You can replace it with an aftermarket LCD if you're good with a soldering iron Good luck with that adventure though.
  17. It is NOT on the screen. The boost guage on that car is probably relocated to the speedo cluster like in the R33 gtst.
  18. Any competent tuner can tune around the standard AFM limitations at that low power level. I doubt you need to really replace them till over 300kw
  19. That car has factory GPS. Incredibly useless in Australia and takes up a lot of dash space for nothing. I would not buy a car that had that in it.
  20. You coming to Jap tonight Richo?
  21. Happy Birthday Moanie... Now you coming to dinner next week?
  22. I'll go straight after work probably head in to town with Blitz at 6.
  23. It's gonna be good people. Get in fast!
  24. Ok, got off the phone with Masuya, since the late dinner session starts at 8pm we will move it to Thursday 26th July. 8pm should give people time to get from wherever to the city after work on Thurs. Please update if you can attend Ando, Merli, BB...
  25. Stock clutch holds stock power not much more. Mine was in fine condition when I pulled it out but wasn't 100% up to the task of holding the power from basic upgrades.
