  1. Price $50 NZ + Post i guess for the R34 one.
  2. Hmm. I believe the english translation is made by JPNZ. I have a hardcopy of both the JPNZ and the factory one as both came in my car. The factory one from Japan and the JPNZ was required to be put in the car for compliance. These are available online at the JPNZ website: http://www.jpnz.co.nz/xcart/customer/home.php Only seems to work in internet explorer not firefox though.
  3. Well you can buy Nissan ballasts and bulbs if you're keen. They might be expensive but it's worth a shot: Ballasts (ACTUATOR ASSY-HEAD LAMP) 26055-98U00 Xenon Bulbs (BULB-XENON) 26297-89901 You will need a series III GTR VIN number in order to order parts for these. Here's one i picked out of the air that turned out to be valid: BCNR33-043434 No idea where you are but if you're in Sydney order Nissan parts from Crows Nest nissan parts counter or Hornsby nissan parts counter for best chance of success. Good luck!
  4. Agreed. A set went for 101,000 yen last night and that would've been a very good buy at that price. It was a bargain. that equals about $1200 - $1500 landed depending on your buyers arrangement. Lol just read this threads from 2006... oh well.
  5. Mine fit directly in 100% as supplied.
  6. You can get the Nismo MFD as displayed in the link above. Comes with two circuit boards, software, documentation in Japanese and a boost sensor to replace your stock one. Also comes with the RS232 cable to data log to a laptop. So yeah it's more than just a firmware upgrade.
  7. Well you're right. It's not the boost sensor. Do a search on rich and retard, or coil packs.
  8. Good day. Good to see some faces I hadn't seen in a while even if they are driving hairdressers cars now......... looooooool

I was in. Now im out by the looks of the weather.
  12. Theres only a few variants as far as I know. - Standard - V-Spec with addition of intake and exhaust temps. - Nismo with lap timer, G-meter and increased boost range. Nismo lists the oil pressure. Never seen a standard one do that. There is the optional TV button too but that is not really interesting. Here's the Nismo display. This is the Nismo MFD v2. Not sure what was on the v1.
  13. I never see much of this. I guess commuting less than 7km total every day helps...
  14. Need answers... don't like this being kept in the dark stuff.
  15. There's a church across the road on Mowbray road side that has a rather large carpark down the back and theres always a number of us parked there. Bit hard to spot the driveway at first but once you've seen it once you'll know what i mean.
  16. Question: Can I trust a used car salesman? Answer: No you cannot. Probably best to find someone from the forums in his area who can recommend a local import mechanic to check the car out for a small fee. The RTA inspection? That doesn't even exist as far as I know except for pink/blue slips and that check is more of a "do your blinkers work - ok *stamp*". I think you mean NRMA inspection and for an import it's $500 and not worth it. You need someone who knows what they're doing to look at it not someone who looks at camrys all day long.
  17. Nice Good to see everything's ok with the car.
  18. Bondi Junction is one of the most expensive places to rent and live in Sydney so, how much are you going to want to spend on an apartment per week?
  19. If you think Just Car insurance is going to pay out $16,000 if you write your R32 off on a 3rd party fire and theft policy you had better go re-read your policy. They may pay you out if it gets stolen (provided you met the policy terms and conditions) and they may pay you out if someone sets it on fire but theres no way they'll pay you out if you crash it. That is the risky part of insuring a persons car and that is why a comprehensive policy is expensive.
  20. 1. Convulge is not a word. 2. Car salesmen are great at appearing to be your best mate and looking after you and doing you a special deal pre-sales. That's their job. I wouldn't buy a car from interstate unless it was something really special and then I would just fly out for it, but that's just me.
