I think we lost our "no limits" because poli's think we need to follow suit of the states. Makes no sense to me, as roads in SA and Tas that I know of, are skinny rough and twisty and speed limit is up to 110k's yet on open, flat, wide, straight roads we can only do 130k's... it just doesn't make sense!

one point of trouble for this is if the point of impact is within the first 30m.. your sports car is still travelling considerably faster than the commy. it's not always the distance to stop but the speed at point of impact which is before your stopping distance. It should be a lot harder to get your license in the first place and more cash needs to be spent on driver training and education. rather than just the easy out of slowing down traffic, especially on open roads, say between Alice & Adelaide, 1500 k's is a long drive and at 100-130kph gets very tiring, but at 150-200kph you are more alert and travel time is greatly reduced, thus less chance of an accident. You can't really have different rules for different cars, how is an observer meant to know if one skyline (or whatever) can stop in a certain distance and another can't?

Come out of Maccas one night to find a hot little number leaving a note under my wiper. note said " call me for a cruise sometime. {insert phone #} the girl in short shorts and boots" well, met up with her a couple days later, she ends up stealing my phone charger..... To be expected I guess. So that is an example of the kind of chicks they attract. another day I went to visit my uncle and as I pulled in the driveway this chick comes out the front door. first thing she said was "I thought I heard an RB coming!" As far as I know they will work well up to about 20psi. Mine won't seem to go below 6psi.

Hey does anyone know where I could pick up a set of suspension for R33 GTST .. going as cheap as possible, just need to get me through for 6 months. Looking for a used set adjustable coilovers or stock if I have to but trying to spend under $600.. If I can pick up while I'm there will save me postage and hassle. My car has been lowered but I don't know how or if it still has stock suspension. (def not coils) Thanks for your help.

They fit my R33 GTST nicely.. I think they look better on mine than on the 350.... If you can't find any, I can check fitment on my mates 34GTT for any major issues, obviously not fine details for your car but a general 34 fitment.

I went to the local (in Alice Springs) paint shop and the had no worries.. LP2 is on my GTST. but I'm pretty sure there are a couple slightly different midnight purples, is the GTR LP2 also?

Seen one of these a while back.. You can put just about anything on the LCD even watch a DVD. Digital speedo, RPM, whatever readout you tell it. you would need the control unit to go with it though. It's just a LCD screen.

Iv'e never had to deal with an insurance claim like that, but I guess details could be mixed up somewhere along the line. I say the registered owner is responsible as the rego plate is the form of identity when in a car. That Rego number IS you. (kinda) How can a police officer who sees your car run a stop sign possibly be expected to know if it is you driving or not? without actually stopping you. Not photo, just a rego plate.. If there is a photo which is clearly not you then fine, there is proof it was not you. But if there is no photo, just a police witness of the vehicle doing whatever infringment, How easy would it be to get off if I could just say it was joe bloggs over here..
