  1. Yeah, that's not the same.
  2. Interesting examples, never knew they existed.
  3. Mainly Space savings so easier to fit something like a GTX47, better packaging and placement of wastegates, less welds, can swap setup easily etc.
  4. Sure, tossing up some CNC billets at the moment. Just doing as much research as I can.
  5. I don't know what you mean by taking up space?3x1.5 will take up more space than 1x2.5? EDIT: Not sure what you mean by complexity either, it's 1 pipe crossing over the engine mount vs 3 wrapped around. It's also just 2 pipes joining at the flange instead of 6. If you do it right, you can swap between a T6/T4/T3 easily.
  6. Hi guys, Just about all manifolds have the exhaust primaries merge at the turbine flange. Has anyone ever done a 6-2 then into the flange? Is there any reason not to do this? Anything else that I may be missing? Thought this maybe cleaner/easier to package than wrapping 6 primaries into 1 area. I've seen it done for other cars before but not on our cars.
  7. Not only that, that's at least 80hp more than oz cars. But whatever really, he is in the US and compares to US cars.
  8. Yeah, something is seriously odd there. At least 100hp to nearly 200hp diff to Australian cars. No wonder the americans love their dynojects and call the dynodynamics the heartbreaker dyno, so they rig their dynodynamics to match the dynojets over there. Which basically means their figures is no where near what we see here, making it near impossible to make "comparisons".
  9. What a load of bs.
  10. Why not just get the rb26 harness?
  11. This thread makes no sense
  12. No one is telling you to buy a GTR. All I did was told you the quickest way to get it done with the least amount of headaches. Since you are an air craft mechanic, I am sure you can work it out yourself.
  13. Do it online via DOT direct for change of ownership. Then you can register the car in Vic.
  14. It'll be faster and most likely cheaper plus you get the gtr panels for you to source a half cut and do the conversion in 24 hours, drop the subframe and bolt it straight in. A bit of work with the front diff since you are keeping it. There is a reason why everyone is telling you to get a half cut. You don't seem to want to listen but yeah, I call bs that there isn't any way of getting a half cut to the U.S.
  15. What tyres are you currently running?
  16. Just do it yourself, can do it in one day
  17. Just replying to Tom coz he said tacky.
  18. I would rather bubbles than tacky.
  19. Yeah, discontinued at RHDjapan as well.
  20. No, I tried last month. Discontinued according to amayama. As for rhdjapan, do you have the link? Can't find it at all...
  21. Honestly, you suck at defining "good" and "genuine".
  22. I have one from my r32 GTR since I changed to carbon. Let me know if you need it, just got to pay shipping as I am in WA.
