Perhaps we are different.I see it as I have paid for a product and I'll judge the product as such. Not how well they handled the rectification as I already deserve that much by buying from them and giving them the opportunity to make money from me on the sale of the vehicle.
Don't get me wrong, it is more likely that I won't be as pissed off about the whole ordeal based on their response but I certainly would not be so gracious if they expect me to be happy about it and definitely not over something so major. They have made me gone from love to hating the model and the brand (let's face it, I am not buying a Hyundai excel and expects it to be crap), being a highly emotional purchase, I would not accept anything but a full refund.
