  1. Glad your happy Chris, lots better than the std crap im using now.
  2. green welding are good, would not be hard to fix a few small holes
  3. If someone has a set i would be interested in the other 2 if the price was right.
  4. Just list three nominated drivers, you and your parents, dont say you only drive it 5% as they may check as you said. You will find they will give you different exess depending on who is driving.
  5. Original post edited with new prices
  6. Send me a pm too please, not 100% if i can come yet but just in case.
  7. You need a wide band lamba meter to get accurate air fule ratios, the factory sensor is narrow band, wide band sensors are not cheap, around 1k.
  8. Sorry rotors are sold
  9. One water line comes from the back of the engine, the other goes into the block near where the oil pressure line comes from. Hope that helps.
  10. I run dunlop fm901 on the steet and run 540s when i drag my car. I dont know the wheel alignment settings as im slack and have never got it dont, manily because im not in the process of making all new upper arms and hicas removal so everything will need to be done when it fit it all.
  11. I have the whiteline kit and bilstein shocks, and are also running the subframe pinapples, i dont have a problem with axle tramp, it has only happened a couple of time slightly when i stuffed my launch on the strip.
  12. I read that in one thread steve, but im after the easy way if there is one, changing power steer pump is a job for when i pull the engine out, i am just trying to find if anyone has had success with leaving the pump in place and modifying other bits.
  13. Ok im going to make a rear bar to remove the Hicas rack and need to find out what can be removed. I was going to remove all the lines up to the firewall and either bolck off eack line or loop them together but i was told this can couse problems, what have other people done to completly remove the hicas stuff not just trick it into not working.
  14. 044 can be fitted internally, only mod the the std bracket is to cut the metal pipe where the pump feeds, and to change the electrical terminals.
  15. Well i wont dissapoint you and tell you my long term plans then roy, nut first the rb20 may be able to go a little quicker
  16. Basically the stock regulator is set up for the stock pump, when you put a pump with a larger pressure and volume it must just let some more fuel in.
  17. Thats what mine sounds like Joel, makes people ask questions anyway. My dunlop fm901's make more road noise then the pump, I can only hear it when stationary.
  18. Well mine makes 234rwkw, has done for 7months and gets given a fair caining. Been to the drags 3 time and done over 10 passes with no dramas. Ran a 12.8 with top mph of 113.5. If you want to make more than 230 change them. But in the rb20 a high flow or 2530 are the best turbo upgrade for a steet car keeping the stock injectors. Trying to get more requires a bigger turbo and increased lag, and on the rb20 not the best option for the street.
  19. I should say you probably could make up some to fit but they would not do anything, its just the way the suspenstion works and how the shocks mount in.
  20. You can not fit adjustable strut tops to a skyline. You can only use them with cars that have mcpherson strut front suspension, like a sivia. You need to fit camber bushes or replacement arms to adjust your camber
  21. Mine has lots, about 9 buttons and probably helps with its drivability, but it does cost more
  22. I have one out of my 32 same as 33, works fine just fitted a z32 one instead. $100 plus postage
  23. Mechanical is clutch plate LSD, much better powering out of corners, but in a streight line would only make a difference if your is stuffed. MrMayhem the GTS, GTR use the same cable so i didnt need one, try JMS thats where i got the sensor im sure they had others.
  24. fitting the 044 in the 32 was not as hard as the 33 by the way steve described it. Only took about 2 hours, i just fitted the filter onto a fitting in the end of the pump.
  25. I know what you mean Joel, i had a 1.893 60ft time and on that run 110mph, and ran the 12.87 seeing what other run and looking in the HPI street drags page there are cars with slower 60ft times and less MPH running the same and faster times, i cant work it out.
