how about those turbos in specific though? are they worth it for the money? or would an aextra $200 per turbo get me something much better? I figure if im going to do something that costs acouple of stacks, i dont mind going that lil bit further to do it right. If $1500 will get me that, but $2k will get me something much better, id do the 2k option. sure its easy for things to get out of hand with that mentality, gotta have your limit, but what do you think? theyre a good choice for dollars?

hows that for exclusivity... what are the rules for bringing a japanese import to denmark? ours are pretty strict, you cant just bring anything in, and when you do bring a car in, it costs about $3000 worth of work before the government says its safe to drive on our roads. For the money, would these be much better than the current turbos? Also has a pair of R33 N1 turbos for sale. Turbos for Sale Could get these and dumps fitted at same time? Would definitely need the PFC then. Also, have been quoted between $500 and $1400 to tune a PFC, even if i fit it myself! Is that standard? seems pretty full on.

autechs came with the 5 speed, not 6. agree about price - mine was 1.5mil. about $23k L+C'd and its immaculate.

Painting/polishing engine Plus you can pick up a braded lines kit. (the stainless mesh that runs over your heater pipes/oil lines/vacuum lines etc) and run that. Looks effective, very tidy, but no performance gain! If you are handy with the solder and wiring, have a look and make a list of all the different coloured wiring in your car, and buy a bunch of lengths the same colours, and if you are confident enough, you can extend and hide any wiring you can see. Pick up some black loom tubing that you can run the main wires through. Anything that is alloy, you can take it out and polish it. (plenum chamber, inlet pipes etc). anything faded or crackd/chipped paint, mask up and repaint. Spend a good couple of days on it, you'll be amazed! just make sure you take your time.

If you have a flick through the forums you will find buyers guides and such. If you do a search for 'buyers guide' you may come up with something. You will find that while a lot of guys are happy to help on here, they get sick of answering Q's theyve been asked 100s of times when the answers are posted up. Had a chat to andy - mate who owns the local carline mufflers. He is of the opinion that a set of dumps wont add anything noticeable to the performance, and that for the initial setup (pre-turbo upgrade) he can make a full length system that will flow very well and still be quiet enough so as not to attract attention.

Awesome lil cars - nearly got one myself, im a big fan. How big are they? about corolla size or larger? I ended up going for an autech stagea. 97, so a bit older, but oh well. Nice choice of car - enjoy it!
