  1. Mine was for a GTR33, dunno if theres ant difference between 32 and 33..
  2. My invoice and shaft numbers matched up...phew ya gave me a bloody heart attack
  3. Japans closer to the States than Oz..
  4. The Nismo has already lasted longer...I dont know why the ATS fried as was rated to 600PS and car wasnt making anything neaar that at the time. I live in Hokkaido(Japan) and it gets real cold here in winter(-10 to -20c) and all I can think of is the carbon doesnt like the cold.. It was put in by reputable jap tuner and they couldnt figure out why.. The Nismo is way smoother to drive though..
  5. I've got mine, probably day after most of you blokes, which was suprising as I"d thought mine go walkabout in japan somewhere. Should be in next week, dont have time to scratch my gonads at the moment.
  6. Nismo Twin super coppermix in mine..smooth as a babys bum...Had ATS carbon in before but that only lasted 1500k's before frying. The Nismo twin feels like standard
  7. Mine just arrived..Stoked!! cheers again Andrew
  8. Thats sweet you guys got em..Hope mine rocks up next day or 2 as got some suspensions parts due in as well. Andrew, thanks for all work, just hope there is no fall back to you on the oz dollar drama.
  9. Bloke there is no way the oz dollar will rebound ..I hope were not getting stung again
  10. Hey Andrew Do you know what company the shafts will be freighted through. Also are there freight con. numbers so we can track them??
  11. Mines coming to Japan isnt. Andrew can you double check they have the right address, as I dont want it rocking up at any old japanese address as wouldnt have a clue what it is and throw the thing in the rubbish.
  12. It was 5 year record low on the stock market here in Jappa today. Currencies all around the world are bouncing around. I reckon its about time oz dollar weakened to the yen, be nice to get a value for dollar /yen trip back home. I think it will even out but for the next few weeks the market and currencies will be up and down like a yoyo..
  13. I talked to Whiteline today and they reckon they have stopped making the front camber adjuster KCA 348 as they were`nt happy with the design and reckon it will be 2 months until new design will be available. Ordered the rest
  14. Come on guys get ya money in and lets get it happening..things economically aint gunna get better.. Bummer you blokes aint got yen cause oz dollar has taking a pounding against it...dropped 30 yen in the last 6-7 weeks!! I wish Oz had some good imports..
  15. Ok got a question to Sydney Kid I`m after these parts.. Camber KCA 348 Camber KCA 347 Adj. Stab Bar. BNF27XZ Adj. Stab Bar. BNF11XXZ Subframe Align. KCA349 Wondering how long to get these parts and can you send to Jappa...need em asap
  16. I was up at my house in the moutains here in japan getting it ready for winter when my next door neighbour (about ) 70 came up and went ...ooohh Skyline...GTR 33 sugoi...great car..!! Next he said..oohh vintage car..f**k the cars only 12 years old..But the old fella was stoked and checked it all out. I asked him if he wanted to go for quick spin and he was estatic. Driving down the road he`s going..How fast, how fast so I gave it a squirt and he loved it!! So who`s the hoon here!!
  17. Sweet. Good to see there is contact. Lets just pay the $200 and get em in our cars.
  18. Andrew I`m not having a go at you, I think everyones been more than happy with what you organised but I I think the time for emails are well and truly over. Someone out there has over $14grand US in their pocket and I think its time for a firm phone call to either get them on the way now or our money back. This quote for a freight has taken close to 2 weeks which is total bull, you could get a quote yourself from UPS or Fedex in 24hrs. ACT obviously arent going to budge so lets either pay or get refund which I doubt they will do. Pay the money and be done with it I say.
  19. Yep I agree with you. I get alot of different stuff sent to and from the states and usually takes a day or 2 tops to get a quote from UPS or FEDEX if not faster. $300 for freight and packaging seems pretty steep to me. I just had a 95 kilo of freight on a pallet come in from the States and that was only $185 US but thats to Japan. Right now I`d rather get a definitive answer and pay the difference if need be and get the bloody thing in my car! The aussie dollar excahange will only get worse. Think we`re getting the run around. I say lets get it all locked up one way or the other and get the units delivered.
  20. Kyoto without doubt is a wicked place to check out and seeing it with some snow would look spectacular its a pretty amazing place. Ninja castle up in the mountains is a good day trip and pretty good fun, I thoroughly reccommend it.. If your after snow accomo in hokkaido, drop me a line as I do alot of booking for crew.
  21. I agree with ya M3..Niseko is far from the be all and end all, I actually hate the place now , but early Jan, its the pick in Japan. I lived there for 4 1/2 years before it went nuts, then got out but I do have a lovely house up there anyone can stay in for $500 aussie a night !..except it pretty much booked from mid Dec onwards. As for Hakuba the place rocks when its on, gotta heap of mates there as well, some even sane! Plus Hokkaido in winter is a freezing hell , but does make for some interesting drifting, some unintentionally. If it was me, I`d tell him ya plans and base a snow trip around Nagano like M3gtr said. You can access Tokyo easy enough, plus any snow up there will kill any best season in Oz. The only reason I said Niseko is that you might be able to score decent price on air ticket by buying a package deal..But whatever you do, organise it soon cause early Jan is peak season!!
  22. As for Jetstar, your biggest hassle will be finding seats as its prime time for aussies coming for the snow season. Most of it is already booked. Also you want to be carefull if your thinking Japan domestic as first 2 weeks of Jan are top price and seats can be hard to find as its holiday time here. Try these guys http://www.skymark.co.jp/en/ always have last minute cheap flights plus a variety of pricing. If your thinking of hitting Hokkaido for the snow, then Tokyo for Auto salon, but accomo in Niseko is getting hard to find for that time of year.
  23. You maybe able to hookup cheaper flights with a ski/snow package deal then but ya flipside to that is accomo is premium price in Jan and hard to find if your hitting Niseko (Hokkaido) region. Keep in mind the aussie $ has been sliding down against the yen recently.
