  1. Injectors, ID 1000's and forget about it. Room to move in the future if you decide to push further, idle and drive beautiful. Job done.
  2. Gcg charged me about $800 for a new -5 core in 2011.
  3. I'd say 700-750 HP going off turbo selection and injector selection.
  4. The pretty surethe Greedy thermostat should always let alteast 10% of flow through the cooler, even from dead cold.
  5. Although not micko's car but tuned by the same guy, mine according to the AFR gauge is 14.4-15.3:1 on cruise. (That's petrol AFR numbers obviously as the AFR meter doesn't know what fuel is in the tank). I can't see micks being any different. What I have noticed was when it dips leaner than 17.5 it gets quite sluggish.. (There was just one cell which needed a touch up. Sorted now)
  6. It'll be interesting to see how much better the 1,300's are. The 2000's I wouldn't consider grumpy at all.
  7. .... And been in the car for 8 years. Pitty I won't/ ain't push harder with the car ( due to turbo size). It would be good to see where it calls enough after almost a decade of being in the car!
  8. There was a reason why I suggested what I suggested. The ID's will drive a lot nicer than the "older" Sard/Denso injectors. ID's are cheap enough now, it shouldn't even be a factor.
  9. Not sure if it fits, but I have my Nismo pump that came out of my R33 GTR. Did 30,000 kms or so. was working fine. $150 it's yours.
  10. Neither. ID 1000's. Job done.
  11. What's your time worth? Just buy a series 2 and be done with it. Realistically, if you can't afford afford the difference between series 1 or 2 now, you shouldn't buy one. That cost will be a drop in the ocean if you can on keeping it and modifying it.
  12. How much boost are you planning on shoving through them?
  13. Leave the standard temp thermo in. Why run an engine cooler than what it was designed for? If its for an overheating problem, sort out your cooling, don't "band aid" the issue.
  14. With your car being as low as it is, you need roll centre adjustment!
  15. Second that. Once you get the RSR's a little warm, they f**k out.
  16. Flex decat pipe? A decat pipe is 400 mm long?
  17. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/93880-rb26-turbo-upgrade-all-dyno-results/
  18. Need to buy that shit in bulk. Cheapest I found was RHD. Bought 5 litres. Farkers!
  19. Love the confidence haha.
  20. OP, if I was in your shoes, this is what I would do. Seeing that it's a street car ONLY, leave the engine in, put 6-6.5 litres in the sump and drive it (middle of the hump). I don't believe it's cost effective to pull the engine, sump off, pump, baffles then put it back in. You've just done a half assed job. If you're going that far you may aswell spend the little extra and give it a freshen up (IE Ring's and bearings. While you're there pistons and rods... Very easily get out of hand). We are now talking about a rebuild. If and when the time comes, then do all the above.
  21. Yep. 8 years, 35,000 Kms, would have to be well over 300 launches. Started life at 370 kw, now at 470 kw with close to 800 Nm of twist. Felt the same as it did 6 years ago when I bought the car. C spec version. Done and done.
  22. How much of a gain would you see after putting on of these bad boys on? Would it be THAT noticeable?
