I jumped to my feet and was willing Hamo into the tyres. He got LUCKY Could have been the perfect weekend for Webz if Hamo did crash out. Webz woudl have bagged the leadership with all his competitors cock ups! But Hamo deserved a bit of luck after his puncture earlier this year with a lap to go

I did laugh when he took Button out.

Awesome lap by Webz, got the job done early on his first go when it counted. Hamo blitzed his quali lap with damp Turn 1! He will be happy with P2...it will be a real interesting lap 1. So...i am off to get hammered to see if i can get me a Desi girl my last weekend in India

Farking homos running around in singlets, tight shorts and streaks in their hair! Q1 was a bit of a nail bighter, depending on which driver you are rooting for

Will be posting pics any day....after having a close look at them they seem like good things. Caliper and rotor assemly seem nice and light and well made. I am now thinking about actually using them as they look easily comparable to the G4 etc setups comign out of Asia somewhere, and I can see why VTTR and Central 20 etc are using them. I am guessing they are Taiwanese and originally made by VTTR. The ones I have for sale are silver (caliper) with slotted rotors, with lines, mounts and pads. Bolt on

95% of rain for Quali. Webber was looking quick in P3 until rain came. Vettel a fe problems Each RBR car has had a hiccup in each session. Often teh way, i remember China last year they killed them when they were chasing their tales all through practice and quali...its happened a few times. I am hoping its a charm

Ok, so be it me or Kaido... i hate my car with 17s and its 5mm lower then std ride height (about 350mm guard to wheel centre) . I would like it to ride about 330-335mm but that is a secondary concern. I more then anything want a shopping list of sure fire fixess. My car, an R32 GTSt has std suspension arms with bushes with the exception of Noltec front upper arms and Cusco castor rods. My front tie rod arms are Ikea, rod ends Moonface, with Nissan replacement inner rod ends on the back. So, i dont need to have roll centre adjustment and things that whilst I understand, could be farked wasiting weekends and expensive track days dialling in and getting right. So whether its upper and lower arms, welded and modded std arms...i dont really care. I dont care if they are pink with stickers saying Troy is a fag! I just want the proven solution, that wotn break way before expectation...will allow me to get good alignment, good ride height with good geometry. I am running revalved Tein RAs with 6/5 spring and RE55s, thoguh AO50s may be the go next. Be awesome if someone could sound off on parts, suppliers, part numbers... Looking at SPL & Cazman etc they do upper arms like many others. If the std lower arms, and the std rear toe arm is fine then happy to read that all i really need is new rear upper arms and perhaps some bushes put through the std gear. Will add, happy to buy an R34 or R34 rear end if thast is a better place to start or throw away what I already have

And a pleasant surprise, living in the one hotel in India for two years has its perks. Just got a Sony digital 80GB Videocam. Has 1220min record time and 2 hour battery life so should be good to set up corners with a tripod. Maybe bag some footage worth splicing into the in car with the Radcam.

I think the 12v is to charge the battery, not a direct power feed to the camera. Does that make any difference?

Thanks for posting! A few questions....not to pick fault or anything but to better understand the differences in the setups and what I could expect if i throw my 25G on So, do you know what sized exhaust housing you are running. 8cm, 10cm ...12cm??? Looks about an 8cm, but could be 10cm as the compressor cover is a little bigger on the 25G. Do you know what boost you were running to make that power? Do you know what diff ratio you are running and whether the dyno runs were done on the 18s? Finally, have you had a look and can you see what sort of ignition you are running up the top end? At a glance it would be good to better understand the differences between our setups. I am guessing you are running less boost and ignition then me Thanks again for posting...and sorry about all the questions -
Most rally GTRs arent even meant to be running suspension arms? So are the cars you thinking of actually running them? So its the roundy roundy folk that have the most kms on them (most likely). Point is...its easy to say bad idea...its harder to give a phone number, a price and a guarantee that everything will work out fine!

But come on people....its easy to say go and support other brands which Joe, Steve and Mary say are awesome. But you have to understand some peoples scepticism or reluctance to step away from known, big brands when it comes to components in the suspension that are being based around on a race track Me, I have Nissan and Nissan and a Noltec upper arm and a Cusco castor rod. I am wary of even the big brand parts! Sure as shit nothing from JJR is going into my cars suspension. It could be fine.... but.... I am not even happy about changing out the bolts and rose joints. So jjust because there are some Evil Kenevil's out there that are happy making their own gear..... you have to respect this is the internet and so much BS gets posted here. Hell I dont even trust a person to care enough about my car when i send it off for a wheel alignment with all this gear to do it properly, with the time and care taken to set it up correctly. And lets not forget my other concern, two sessions into my new susp gear and alignment there is a knocking sound because they didnt even care enough to torque things up correctly...and guess what. Stuff in there is loose. So, I know of plenty of reasons why I ike bushes in std arms In an R32 the front upper gets shagged pretty quickly, why i went Noltec. I ran out of castor, so went a Cusco castor rod as its something I can easily keep an eye on at the track. Everything else...as Nissan intended baby. Means i have nto spent money to go backwards with crap that was meant to be good but is shit. Likewise people who are meant to know what they are on about but know shit. (thats not a stab at posters here by the way...its the dicks over the years that have farked me around and charged me cash for the privilege because me like most of us...is just another guy with another car. Can you do better then IF gear? Probably. Can you go cheaper , yep....but where is the balance between cheap and oops I just lost an arm under braking and my car just had a big mouthful of armco So...long winded post to say take it easy on the guy wanting to go the more proven path forward which wont involved weeekend after weekend of why my car handles like shit because that guys neighbour really was a good welder but didnt know shit about dynamics of Nissan suspension geometry...or he is a boffin but too proud to admit he cant weld for shit and they were perfectly designed, its just that they failed on the second lap. yaddayaddayadda We dont all drive "hero" cars that workshops want to work on or be associated with. We dont all have hero cars that places even care to work on. We dont all know people that do right by us. So I say keep it simple unless the same informed person on suspension stuff is setting it up for you and standing by the performance of the car OR go find the guy banging around fast in the car and reverse engineer baby. Gods sake, you have a GTR, so many proven recipes for them...just go and copy! Reason for the rant!!!!! I can see with all your enthusiasm for your new car but just get busy driving it....start forming your own opinions on what it may need and then ask more focussed questions/ requessts for advice. At the moment this is a free for all of different into, all genuine enough but nobody (including you?) really seems to know what you want to be doing with this car....just start enjoying it on the track as soon as possible. Odds are being an R32 your mods list will have more to do with the crap you are breaking every weekend then what you want to be doing for performance gains

LOL, dont you love the motorsport and bike culture in England...stuff is so much cheaper, well can be I left my helmet in Melb by mistake when I was there two weeks ago. Was going to get it posted over to me with some other gear as i need it in September....but turns out easier to buy one over in UK and get it delivered to friends place. So, this looks like the best $80 i have ever spent...brand spankers, but last years colour scheme I am sure you wont be able to even see the helmet through all the spray i can expect at cold and miserable Silverstone

No cars on track so lets turn the attention of the cameras to HOT Belgians in the crowd. I approve! But seriously, Bernie really needs to allow the teams to run a 3rd car on Fridays. You travel all the way to a GP, you dont want to watch an empty track! The support races area a joke with only 3 support classes running. Young guys need seat time, teams need to develop parts....its on a race weekend so the team are there anyway. The only question is pit space, with only two cars allowed on the track at any time from the one team. You have the potential of having a car circulating for 45-60mins of the two practivce sessions while the lead drivers do minimal work for the weekend ...and lastly, HRT you are a joke. Benching Karun for the mad crash test dummy who is slow to boot, especially with Klein sitting in the pits You are a JOKE!

Yeh, watching it now...LOL 50 seconds quicker in the wet then I was in a Caterham in the dry
