I personally love this car. I love the look, the sound of a boxer, fact its FR, everything.
I can almost certainly see myself buying one brand new in a couple of years, keeping it as a daily for 4-5 years before slapping a turbo on it.
I would but this stuff honestly mixes fine. Regular shaker, shake for 5-10seconds and its like a chocolate milkshake. I've got a mate who always drinks it when he comes over but refuses to buy it himself because it tastes too good. Mind you I'm taking a weight gainer, not a pure protein. It contains no suger, but they typically do taste better.
I'm going mostly off personal experience, but its been by far the cheapest and it mixes great. I've used a few other "cheap" brands and Max's has been far superior.
Well Max's is well known brand, and just because its cheap doesn't mean its poor quality. They sell large packets and often don't use plastic tubs, using a bag instead. It's fine if you've got a container at home you can transfer it into, it just means cheaper prices.
But aren't you training at home? You could just stick something in the oven before you start training/during training, then walk back into the house after you're done and feast.
I do all the time! IMO I think a lot of people need to work on their diet (and just eat more in general) before turning to supplements. I use a whey protein occasionally because its convenient but I know I still have a lot of size and strength to be gained without the assistance of supplements. I'll save creatine and the like till after I plateau.
Ghosty on here is a good example, the guy is strong fk for his weight, and is only just now turning to supplements to gain that extra edge.
Jizz what's his face is where its at.
Hook him up with daedric armor and -100% destruction spell mana cost enchantments. Summon two storm thralls and run around with your nightmare horse, you become a walking army.
IMO it had nothing to do with energy, determination and will but a lack of effort. If you can weight train for 2hrs you're simply not training hard enough.
I know extremely fit, strong guys who have been training for years, but given the right routine will be spewing in 10min.
