  1. If you love the car that much and money is not a issue then go right ahead. (BUT we are here to suggest to you that there is other options to make you life a little easier I guess...) OPTION 1 The things you will need to turbo your R32 GTS will depend on how much boost you want to run. Here is a quick overall rundown... You might have to strengthen the internals for example forge pistons. Then I believe you will have to alter the compression ratio, re tune/ new ECU / Dyno and fine tune. Modify you exhaust manifold / fit a turbo manifold to fit the turbo Larger exhaust High flow air intake Install an intercooler, make room for piping New fueling system, injectors and fuel pump might need upgrading Use high quality spark plugs Use a different type of engine oil, one that is suited for turbocharged car, to what you are using at the moment to suite your N/A car The car goes quicker now, you had better stop quicker too = Upgrade braking system, atleast to high quality brake pads. Also if you want, upgrade to larger disks and calipers. R32 brakes were never up to race standard untill the V-Spec II with Brembos. You would probley start taking corners a lot faster = Upgrade your suspension, lower the car, install a strut brace so it locks the suspension towers to its maximum stability point. Upgrade your wheels and upgrade the tyres. To put all the power at the wheels you need to upgrade your clutch and again depending on the amount of boost you want to run, you need a stronger gearbox. You can't just pull horse power out of the air, something has to give (Give and Take) One thing leads to another. No such thing as cheap horse power. OPTION 2 Source a RB20DET OR if you want, a RB25DET (for that extra 500cc you gain a bit more torque) OR a RB26DETT for a whole new characteristic type of car, from a half cut and do the engine conversion. Atleast the engine work is done, its just a matter of fitting everything in the right place. As for the RB25DET and RB26DETT, you might have to modify afew engine fittings / mounts in order for it to fit probly. Make sure everything is welded in probley. OPTION 3 Trade in or sell you R32 GTS and buy a R32 GTS-T or GTR
  2. Yeah good point. Cuz the person is FULLY SICK and want ppl to know it. They love ass too if their tail gating.
  3. Happy Birthday buddy!
  4. That I am not too sure of Nick. Do you need a new Airconditioner? Have a look in the FOR SALE Thread and if there is some, ask the seller if it will fit GTS-T and GTR...
  5. They look like... OZ Racing Wheels..?
  6. LOL! Ever driven a (Tuned) Veilside Combat R GTR R33 with a about 300 kW at the rear wheels with a Triple Clutch Plate in the wet? If you get use to the clutch then you will be fine. If not, then either you stall it or launch it at about 4000 RPM Stock Skyline... Can't say its hard at all. Quite user friendly. It's all phycalogical IMO. You think 'Whoo turbo car! The thing is gonna sky rocket off...' Its more so when you start upgrading the suspension, wheels / tyres, clutch, the car can be a bit of a handful with bumpy roads. On a nice open smooth road, it can be a dream to drive.
  7. ^^ No worries Leigh!
  8. + a LCD Screen LOL!
  9. Hey Lauz! Yeah there was a lot of impressive cars there. You see the Red 300ZX, No. He hit 291 kW, but before he came to the Dyno Day, he just got it tuned and hit 320 kW at another workshop. The Yellow Evo 9 just hit 291 kW. RE Customs R34 GTT (Matt) he hit about 300 kW for the 3 runs then his 4th run, they up the boost and hit 410 kW. And as you know Lauz, your dads GTR his 300.7 kW. Did he get a prize? LOL!!!
  10. I believe so Nick. The Head unit is same in the centre console of the GTS-T's and GTR's. The A/C bottle (The one which needs to be re-gased) should also be in the same position, up in front of the radiator, next to the horn.
  11. Ok Here is atleast one of each car I saw on the day.
  12. ^^^ ^^^ Check All fluids... So Power Steering / HICAS Fuild Any of you had new tyres and a Wheel alignment done lately? If so, Get your mechanics to check the alignement again Then check the steering wheel sensor. Clean the sensor to get rid of any dirt / dust / grease and re-align the sensor back to the original position was it was when you take it out. Then ask them to run a Diagnostics (Plug Diagnoistics Computer in) to check all the Sensors The Diagnostics can give a reading of the steering sensor For Example, Half a turn to the right = 180 degrees / Full turn to the right = 360 degrees. If the Diagnostics does not read like that then it could be a Tyre / Caster rod issue. The rods could be out of alignment and need to be re-adjusted. Re-align the Rods to match the Sensor to 0. This happened to me and problem was fixed after this procedure. It took atleast a day or so just fine adjusting the rods to get it exact reading.
