  1. I think acme engineering, also located on sunderland St, can do that
  2. hi people, Just been in and out of a few insurance places in the past few days, and noticing a few skylines now, broken windows, covered in police crap and finger print dust I wont say which insurance company, nor the owners names but I'll say it has been a few GTSt's And a 33 GTR. not burnt, but been thrashed and body damage, looks like they have hit banks etc and bottomed out on stuff. know of a few others also including a 300 zx TT. just be carful, dont think she'll be right. Do what you can, if you must park on the side of the road, make sure you have a alarm etc kill switch, look at a detachable boss kit setup and take ur wheel with you I know this a public forum and scum of the earth vermin puss dogs can read this, and if you are, very soon a tempting joy ride just may be a bait car, and someone just may be hiding out waiting to give you a high speed lead injection, on the house!
  3. just thought I'd add I fitted my walbro nearly 3 years ago. the car is making 350rwkw's without issue. the only reason I'm going to upgrade is for future plans to run the fruit juice
  4. well my car does that stuff well. I'm no expert but here goes. Front Camber, -3.5 Castor, 6.5 ride height, 350mm Toe, - 1mm total toe out, 0.5mm each side Rear camber, -1.5 Ride height, 340mm Rear Toe, 3.4 Total Toe IN thats on Toyo R888's in my 33 gtst. cheers
  5. well, you know, ya just hope the next one is better hahah! I have to admit, i actually enjoyed the first, I remember watching the off street drags and some (i've forgetten his name...) bloke in that silver 33 GTR targa spec racepace built monster simply trounced everything that went up against it - inlcuding whitler/darby's, whoevers purple carpri. 340kw's & stupid response and 8000rpm launches and man could he get it off the line! very good wheeler. since then, it just hasnt delivered for me I'm afraid.
  6. finelines car sounds and looks just farking porn. maybe my new favourite gtst!
  7. powercruise is boganised and is boring as batshit (been to all 3 so far), i'll be fishing haha. BUT i hope everyone who enters/spectates has a jolly good time

this year there has been 2, oz drift and drift festival. but they are basically invite only i think and only a few cars. hopefully it grows!
  12. mate I'm about to ditch my teins for a Bilstein/king spring combo. bilstein shocks can be made height adjustable by adding extra circlip grooves which lock the spring seat onto the shock body. you could use any brand spring on them. Most people who know what there are talking about say bilsteins (aussie spec) have good valving off the shelf for street/track work for GTSt's only GTR's need to be tweaked. a set of bilsteins come in around $1200 and maybe and extra $100 for extra circlip grooves and a set of springs is around $300-$400. I've had teins for years and they are good, I fitted BC's into my Mrs 33 and they have excellent adjustability, fitted tein super streets in wrx but bilsteins would have to be the most effective setup in that price range if your serious about lap times. And i'd be looking at something around 6kg front and 4-4.5kg rear spring wise. (adj. sway bars ideal also) hope this helps mate
  13. without getting into all the gazillions of possible debates, here is the answer to your first question. its a tassie built/owned car. I personally would never put a $2k jap cooler on the front of my car unless i was racing for sheep stations, as they are so easily damaged being fairly expsosed. a while back someone at a set of lights rolled back into my GF's 33 and punched her big dollar blitz cooler with a tow bar :-/ And I had a bit of shit at the track fly up and mangle some rows & fins on mine awhile back also. cheers

I'm tipping the time attack to be very close! i'm guessing 58's - 59's is gonna be the mark, weather depending ofcourse. and the extreme entry is always great to watch.
  15. geez, nearly be easier chucking it on the ferry! RPM/Race Pace isnt too far away. In the south there are a few options, Nicks summers/GT Garage or Andrew Kuc/Pro Automotive are the only two I'd consider down here. Andy has been tuning my car since 2007 and its still pumping good power with zero issue. 40 odd thousand kays on his tunes with track days and regular floggings and has never missed a beat and makes 50 odd kw's more than it probably should.
  16. how much for the clutch pedal arm & bracket mate? cheers

will be a great event, extreme entry contest etc and the time attack battle between peter O'keefe, matt rogers and the RX7 (maybe tony warrens, unsure) and bens 180, rogers 86 and truscotts s13 will be good to see. touch wood the weather plays the game!
  18. how much for the clutch pedal arm + bracket mate?
  19. will you sell me the clutch pedal & bracket to me??
  20. when you plant your right foot you wont actually move, the world will spin under your tires

  24. dont be shy with the diff mate. a open wheeling factory spec diff is totally bloody shithouse. even if it doesnt last forever, its still better than open wheeling and lasting forever lol. as for toe, I'm running 0 deg. in/out on the front with 3mm of total rear toe in on the rear.
