  2. Update - Boost controllers is in 044 is assembled ready to go in Haltech wiring will start tomorrow Wide band wiring is done, need to mount the gauge. ECA wires are run just need to mount and connect the sensor. The boys are completing the springs and retainers install as we speak, cams will go in next
  3. Yeah someone said it gets a deeper note, did you run Type A's or B's? Did it change the idle/drivability much? What mods are you doing now? Haha yeah ill get there this year at some stage, i am surprised we cant hear it from here from the way you describe it I have a mate that is researching custom places now as he wants to quieten down the Evo for daily driving, its saving me the leg work cus i am lazy HOPEFULLY have some form of updates today guys!
  4. Yep, so if it causes me a problem I'll be looking into getting whatever the quietest exhaust is I can without restricting flow
  5. The exhaust I run is a full 3" system, have been told 3.5 would be better etc... But for the power I'll be running I don't think that counts..... The restriction/limitation will be due to the Jasma rating, it'll be restrictive and hinder the power output.... My goal is stealth, quiet car... Stock looking, no obvious gauges... Just a stock daily to the untrained eye..

  9. Like all builds/modifications, there has been issues... Seems my valve springs were a different height or something between inlet and exhaust... I haven't heard the full story yet but it sounds dodgy... It's in the best possible place so I'm Not too concerned about the bad news... Power figure will be OK, but will be heavily restricted due to the exhaust I think.... Will post up how it goes....
  10. Hey man, I learnt thats an OK price... The sandblasting cost me $25 per rim and then powdercoat on top...

  18. Awesome!! I've got 4 new tyres on 17's that ill probably use.... Can always chuck them on your car if you want to do some skidz i will probably look like an epic Noob as i havent driven anything like my car is going to be before, so stand clear and let the FAIL begin!!
