I was getting 570kms to about 55L for a while, thats just a few longer trips and driving in traffic to and from work. If it was all highway Id be looking at 650+ I got tonite 160kms to 1/4 of a tank, with 'spirited WOT driving with other automobiles'

If the conversion has had all the wires and sensors hooked up too, then its going to work just like any other RB20.

Hehehe. Anyone want some R33 GTST seats? $400 for the pair, $350 if ya help me change them for GTR ones But its a serious hassle hey, if I knew I could sell the R33 ones, there would be no worrys. Im sure someone else will pick them up for that price, hell even $600 they would.

I'll agree with Dave on that one. I had my boost on 13-14psi, now its back on 12-13psi and feels heaps better. Im still running the stock cooler tho. And I got 142rwkw with that set up, but Im still running a stock dump pipe.

I still have my plasitc things in there, Im not taking them out either, stops rocks etc getting flicked up and dinting the guards from the inside. And Mase, didnt you like my phun???

Far out hey. *please dont pay me out* But I saved up a fair bit, then some bad luck I lost about 1-2k of that while I was waiting for my car to arrive. I had already bought the stereo, so there was a bit of money in that. My Parents were very kind and they extended their home loan so I could get my car (and they could get their aircon, and a few other things ) Im now paying back the loan at home loan interest rates. But this is the clever bit, helps me out by me getting cheap interest, and it helps them out because they in turn have more money coming in, as my payments added with theirs is a fair bit more (ie almost double) the minium monthly repayments, so we are both happy. ps, started off with $13k in december, now its on $8550.00. And I've also bought everything else I needed for the car, like tyres suspension etc, so add that in theres about $3k there, which would have been nice if it could have come off the loan. Also as per the comment on the other thread. I AM on minium wage

Im sure it was something to do with suspension and tyre walls. Its annoying me now, but it made a lot of sence at the time, basically anything over 17s was daft for the street.

Few strange questions then, why do a number of race cars, ie F1, champ cars, V8 supercars, etc have a fair bit of sidewall to them? It was explained to me a while ago why tyre is better for a street car. But I cant remember now for the life of me.

Thats pretty much what I was thinking, as I still have the side mount the metho probably wouldnt be much of a problem, and I dont intend on doing any further major mods for quite sometime, hence the question. Thanks.
