A guy down here who owns one works for obriens and said that you need a new moulding because they don't seal well if reused, nisssan only too
But its only about $80 I think
This new Turbo will flow more air so you will gey afm cut at lower boost now
On 7 psi I get near 5.0v on the stock Turbo, you may be maxing out the afm voltage
You only get 80cc's more capacity and itb 's but no vct and smaller valves
Also, they haven't changed the rb26 much since it came out in the r32's but the 25 has seen technically 4 different models
I bought a new headunit, pioneer one with USB and Bluetooth for $200 cost it was last years one. Pretty happy with that one
I also have a word of warning to ppl thinking of getting alloy radiators, I don't think they can be cleaned like conventional radiators. Mine has blocked up and now heats up on the highway or going uphill for too long fml
Like it says, I need something to fit a c34 stagea, r33 or r34 stock rads will fit I think, mine is blocked and leaking
I'm down in Hobart for a week so pm me or txt me on 0422 988 328
Thanks, Tom
supercheap and autobarn sells the synx-3000
because its only a group 3 syn is just doesn't last as long as the motuls/expensive oils but because its so cheap you can change it as soon as it gets too dirty for your liking
mine has done 5000kms so i'm changing it today, but i'll leave the old filter on tho
meh, just get the gulf wester syn-x 3000 for $35ish
then you can change it out after 5000kms and its pretty decent (as good as nulon was for $65/70 a pop)
a cheap one will not hold in the heat so it will not spool as well
a cheap one will also have crap runner lengths and collectors = less flow again
a cheap one will also crack easily
the stock one is fine up to 300rwkw
Any volunteers to help me with my timing belt?
if you could lend me a hand it would be awesome!
Going to be doing it on thursday (23rd) so if anyone is free and has done it before it would be wicked
I'm in Newnham (L'ton), i'm sure i could put on a bbq or some beers or something
or if someone has a hoist i could borrow for a few hours it would be wicked!

Basically Nissan designed the motor to run at 85ish *c with all their toleranceing and ecu setup
So more r&d than any engine builder in Australia determined the ideal temp to regulate the coolant to was 85ish
Running lower than this will give you more headroom to the boiling point but you are running the motor cooler than designed
If your car is going to be tuned for it then fair enough but your probably better off running a stock thermostat and spending the money on a bigger radiator
