Was thinking of getting a few carbon bits to ad to the 32. The spoiler i'm looking at is listed as for a bnr32 but i thought the gtr and gtst boot spoilers had the same hole spacing? So will a gtr boot spoiler fit a gtst?

1. 3A racing pod, basically brand new, was used for less then a month. $15 2. K & N Pod with cover, silicone pipe and afm adaptor. $50 3. Intercooler 600*300*60, decent sized intercooler which was on my r32, only removed due to getting a return flow. $50 I also have most of the piping for the intercooler to suit an r32 possibly r33/34, cut one of the pipes to use with my return flow as i didnt have the original piping. Nah I meant shroud with the fans engine side. I would try them mounted engine side pulling through, if that fails then try fitting a viscous fan and shroud if you have room.

Pretty sure almost all second hand car yards are dodgy as. I would personally never buy from a car yard.

There pretty small fans 11's. On my 31 i ran a 14 and a 10 on a 52mm alloy rad and it was only just up to scratch with cooling, even then in summer it couldn't cool down the motor below 85c. If you have room run a standard viscous fan with a shroud. I learnt the hard way the thermos are generally pretty crap. Are your fans front or rear mounted? If there mounted in front of the rad i would put them behind and have them pull the air through, pushing it through isnt the best setup. Also a proper fan shroud around the fans would help alot, you'd be surprised how much the shroud actually does in directing the air through, i think thats why my old setup wasnt that great.

Does sound weird, I would replace the water pump as it sounds like a flow issue. Cant imagine there been an issue with the rad.

Are you running the standard viscous fan?

Just ordered some bits from just jap, been very happy with there service over the years. Got the hard race front camber arms, jjr hardened tie rods and hicas lock bar. Cant wait to finally get some camber on the front .

I agree totally but I think the cheaper ones would be made similar material as the brand name ones. You never no there all prob made in taiwan or something anyway , just come out with different brand and price tag.

I had the exact cam gears on my hr31, they seemed like they were half decent, just replace the bolts with high tensile ones. Both those cam gears are the same, just different color. I've seen the exact cam gears advertised alot by different sellers, they must all buy them from the same place. Ones to stay away from are any with 3 bolts, most out there have 5. Dont get the fidanza ones, i had some on my old 4ag and the color faded and looked like ass after about 2-3 weeks. Honestly i think the 'brand' name ones are just marked up a crap load, they would be 'better' quality but its more just the wank factor of having tomei or hks cam gears. I haven't heard of anyone having any issues with the cheaper ones.

It been clean doesnt make it a collectors item dude, its still just a n/a s13 at the end of the day. Plus you cant just ad on what you have spent on the car to the price, doesnt work that way, if it did you'd see r32 gtst's going for 20k, the car i bought has around 15k worth of shit on it but its still only worth marginally more then a normal r32 (which was what the i paid and the seller was asking).
