Dad drove the Targa car in a support race for the V8 Supercars this weekend. Poor car needs another new Front Left. Lap 3 of race 1, a widebody Porsche GT2 brock a lower control arm coming out of the hairpin, and went off to the left, hit a car and came back into Dad. Me and anohter guy bent the guard out, and cable tied and taped the front bar back together to get him out for the next race. Personly i'd pay the car off. I doubt you get enough to justify selling it, esp since it would hurt too much. As the car sits you can still have fun in it (once the engine is going).

We use a ML55 AMG. It's towed my sisters stupid big horses round the state (all all the shit that goes with it) for years. And now she's moved to nsw it tows varoius cars round, after towing the horses you don't even notice a car on the back. But it dosn't go real far off road. Dad's done over 220,000km in it now.

314 actually, i measured them up to help a mate set his car up leading upto 08. 314 f 208 r. I checked it on 3-4 different calculators at the time, cause i thought it was way to soft number. how heavy is your car snowy? ours was 1608 fully fueled, spare tyre, and the other crap you have to carry.

maybe Thumper will. on a side note, I only found out on the weekend that our car had had the front springs upped to 500 lb/in from 330, hence the front of the car contantly leaving the road....not happy

i've alway blead it with the car off, get someone in the car, get them to push on the brakes, and you open the valve. when he gets to the firewall close the valve, then he lifts off the brake. Rince and repeat, till there is no air. order to do it is LR, RR, LF, RF, ABS R, ABS F. If all of that makes sence. And don't forget to keep topping the master cylinder up.

did you bleed the abs unit? the better the brakes the easier it is to lock the wheels. All you need to do to test it is get the car to 80-100, and stamp on the brakes. You should feel the abs through the pedal, and you should be able to hear the unit pumping. if the abs isn't working you'll get none of that, and you'll pull up in a cloud of tyre smoke.

i havn't done them yet, i should have some 09 Targa stuff up soon though.

I got 1/2 way round the corner, and contracted a bad case of understeer, so no where near the pole (and the hay bailed weren't there at the time). The left hander at 1:56 is called Garwoods gap, cause Greg went through the fence there in 07 (same event i was in, but a year earlier). Was that the torana at Gunns Plains, where there were like 5 officals waving us down to almost stop?

Legerwood is used to stuffed fences. I went through the fence on the right hander at 1:12 at a hill climb, and pulled the fence out all the way upto the left hander (got cought on the front of the car) now jimmy hasn't finished an event, does jeff hold the finishing record?
