  1. where is the pic of the paris on the back window?
  2. I thought it was the old HKS gears that had the problem (the blue outer ones), and that was cause the gears were made out of average material and stripped. i've had the 'new' HKS gears on my car for 3 years and they havn't moved at all.
  3. Well Bathurst isn't a perinent track, and I think we all know it's the best track.
  4. Here Here. I'm loving saying I told you so to my mates. Is it just me or is Hamiltons career eerily similar to one Jacques Villeneuve, almost wins WDC in debu year (in the best car by miles), just wins in his second year (still in the best car), gets a average car in his third year and he's nowhere. IMO The Kube, and Vettell will have a better career in the end, as they started in lower teams.
  5. you left out lakeside. I've only driven on Symmons and Bakerville. I like them both for different reasons, Symmons is all about bravery under brakes, and carrying high speed through the sweepers. Baskerville is a technical track on a rubbish surface. I need to get down to Baskerville more, but there arn't as many events down there, and Symmons is only a 30min drive for me too. So Baskerville would be my favorite that i've driven on. I'd like to go and have a run on Phillip Island, and of corse Bathurst.... but Bathurst would be 10k+ after entry fee's, and transport up there.
  6. so do we want another satewide one? or just a northen one?
  7. we put a exidy twin in the targa car for the v8 supercar support race, i think it was a carbon one by the price (dad just got it fitted and didn't tell me much about it). But dad kept over heating it on the start line, seems it dosn't like being revd for very long on the line. Which left him with clutch slip for 1/2 a lap (he backed off till it gripped again) Never had that problem with the sports ceramic that we run in targa.
  8. sounds like a plan stan. should go up over cethana, and gunns plains. Was only talking to taz about this the other day at work.
  9. +2 pics or kick in the pants
  10. I don't think the tracks matter. Burnie thretened to break contract with various ones over the years, so the track owners will more than likly do the same to him. I still doubt it's going to happen. Burnie will give in, he just wants to make them work for it. How much are assesens these days? we could all chip in say $5, and get max and burnie knocked off.
  11. if the teams all pull out and make their own championship. All burnie will be left with is the F1 name and logo....and Williams. Burnie isn't rolling in money for no reason, he'd be stupid to let 90% of the field make a brake away series.
  12. can you run a PS2000 on AFM's? or does it only work on a MAP sensor? I know the R35 and 370z one's use the AFM.
  13. your old bus is down to $65,000 Ben http://www.my105.com/classified.asp?id=12132 I was planning at getting a gtst to circuit race before targa started this year. But after a combination of bad targa with Dad, and Ben showing that one can be compeditive enough if driven hard enough. I decided to build it for targa, plus i can't afford to run a gtr (seems to be a common line) bradfod put some of his crashes on youtube
  14. I doubt i could run the rookie after doing the real thing. Day 4-5 is what it's all about.
  15. x2, 8000rpm or nothing
  16. the abs light is there to tell you when it's failed. and it comes on when you tuen the key to test that the light works
  17. well yes i do....but that's not the point
  18. classic rookie seems the way to go to get into classic for free in 2011.
  19. my poor tv had lots of abuse yelled at it on friday night when sports tonight said that one was showing le mans coverage. i think regoinal places should get more channels first, as we have less to do
  20. Brad at Boost does. I've also got the software and dongle
  21. c'mon, just join the rb20 club. I just got a r32 gts-t i'm building for 2011
  22. i havn't seen a abs eqipped gtst to know, but a lot of abs cars have a light just for the abs system.
  23. my car had them, till i lost my innerguards They screw to the bottom of the innerguards, and guide air from the holes in the lip, to the front of the caster rod.
  24. i hope it dosn't explode, but i'd much rather be freezing my nuts off at a track, than freezing my nuts off at work.
