  1. I'll have a look at our R33, but from memory the units look identicle, the part numbers are probably diferent. Is the pulse rate controlled by the ecu or the unit?
  2. Tassie viewers got shafted when's it on down here?
  3. i've had the dunnies for my car for almost a year now.
  4. if it's only pulsing slow i'd imagine the unit need fixing, if it's not cutting in soon enough that's the R32's slow attessa ecu. I think the R33 unit is the same as the R32, it's just got a faster ecu driving it.
  5. Running Dunlop DZ02's. The new diff was great, i can get power overseer on demand now (not fast, but fun)
  6. Does Taz stll have his?
  7. The car went well, ended up with a best of 1:01.02, and a top speed of 220 (there was a radar gun).
  8. wrong end of the state
  9. nice looking R33 Stu, looks pimp with the R34 rims. Keep the white bonnet
  10. anyone coming out for a run or a look? Should be good turbo weather. I havn't had my car out since I did the diff and the arms, so it'll be interesting to see how it goes
  11. Next time go from St Helens to Launceston via Scotsdale the roads are even better.
  12. We changed the angle of our R33 wing to the middle setting (from the top) in Targa. It made a huge diference, made the rear much more setteled.
  13. GGJPRWFR33ZDA--C-- is the N1 model code. I don't have our chassis no or engine number on hand.
  14. every second car runs round without a cat here, but if your cought your still rooted. So it's not somthing you want to advertise.
  15. it dosn't look like the most extensive cage in the world. Compare it to Ben's (marlin) R34 he drove in Targa, i'd feel heaps safer in Ben's car.
  16. I just use Genunine Nissan filters, has street cred cause it's got Japanise on it
  17. All our work on the Targa car is done by Brad (tuning) and Travis (mech) at Boost.
  18. apparently warrick freemantle has the doco, and sell copies of them. I havn't ever found a difinive doco on the N1's
  19. I was, but he's shit stiring and saying he'll drive the whole event and get a nav.
  20. He was also very patent for all the time we spent buggering round getting our car on the trailer . But seriosly congrats Tim you did a great job. Apparently Dad's looking for a new nav for next year
  21. There are heaps of diferences, the big ones are the oil cooler, engine and turbos. Then the there is smaller changes that you don't tend to find untill you fix it (suspention, gearbox, diff, raditor). If your round Launceston you should call round, our R33 is a genuine N1.
  22. show's up like dogs balls on a white car dosn't it. There were a few other cars with yellow up their arse too, i'm sure ours will be fixed when the rest of the car is fixed. I didn't think you had to pay to upload footage, unless it was for commersial perposes?
  23. Ayres runs a Uk V-Spec which was sold with an oil cooler, but he has to run std turbo's. Your allowed to spec a V-spec upto a N1. The N1 is a diferent model not a factory option. But you can spec a V-Spec to a N1 by putting all the bits on it (turbo's, oil cooler, engine, and the heap of other diferences that no one know's about)
  24. and you'll need a colection of gearboxes for it
  25. A Torana went through a fence at Bece, saw the hole in the fence in our footage. Which car on Reece? There was that many of them, the Pug with the smashed in face?
