  1. I ordered a second 40mm G35 Mishimoto radiator when I got mine sent over from the US, mainly to keep shipping low. If anyone is interested I am looking for what it cost me landed, $530 plus shipping to you. It fits V35 auto and manual including the thermo fan bolting straight up, and also the Stagea M35's, with slight trimming of the fibreglass around the cap. Great quality with a lifetime warranty. I will be fitting mine this weekend so I will be able to talk you through installation if needed.
  2. As i'm running an auto I sometimes hit the limiter, so my tuner gave me a soft limit between 7 -7.5k. Every time I hit it my turbo overboosts to over 30psi. Ethanol is your answer.
  3. It moved nearly 2 ton down the quarter in 12.9, faster than mine as he gets boost on stall. I think it hit 20psi by around 3k...
  4. I fitted one to an M35 in the stock housings that managed 300, not a good indication of what it would do on an RB but it should be close.
  5. Lack of timing and gate too small = overboost.
  6. Sounds like the crank sensor. No engine lights?
  7. I removed the brackets and used silicone to seal the holes, no leaks now. Definitely dodgy compliance, and even worse, you pay them to rape your car in the name of safety. lol.
  8. The bead seal would fail as you let the weight of the car down onto it.
  9. ^^ quite true Nightcrawler. Same could be said about 45 degree sidewalls, although they assume no-one is that stupid. I doubt a tyre shop would fit them anyway for fear of being sued by the families of the people you would kill.
  10. Apparently Caltex are cutting Eflex e85, that's the rumour I heard today... I would say United have cut the grass on all their sales with a cheaper, more consistent and sweeter smelling brew. Shame as I like competition. I hope United's price doesn't go up...
  11. Perhaps I read it wrong? Nope...
  12. An evotard in charge of events? SAUVic must be desperate...
  13. 245's on 11 inch rims is just retarded. You may need a large hammer and an oxy to fit them under, the cops are gunna lurve you long time.
  14. Nice pics, Jun did a good job with my car too.
  15. Those pics were with the Nismo springs? I could nearly walk under the rear end Footo.
  16. lol. So why the tailshaft loops Bob? Is that a compliancing thing? I didn't think you had to do anything to cars over there, making importing Jap cars chep as cheps?
  17. Splitfires may just do it, or LS2's if you want moar...
  18. At that power I would be looking at an LS1/2 truck coil conversion. Or be the first to try VQ coils out on an RB. No problems here... Where is it breaking down btw?
  19. The M35 ecu's definitely seem to self tune to a much higher load than the earlier cars Bob, and anything after 2004 should have a factory wideband sensor allowing the ecu full control of the map + or - 10%. I agree though, it's a very smart idea to run a separate wideband for safety and nothing beats a tuned standalone if it's available.
  20. Because we all drive stupidly low compression engines that are definitely not designed with ethanol in mind. Try bumping the compression up to 12:1 and the low end will spice up, but it will limit the amount of boost you can then run. Again, there is a happy medium for everything.
  21. I can cut it out if you want, but surely a good panel beater can fix that small ding? I would have thought it would be harder to weld in a section than repair that?
  22. I have the stock bar and links, they should be fine but have you priced new ones?
  23. I will bring my spare gearbox, just in case.
