Thanks Richard Today i had also spoken to a guy from fair trading and he had given me some more addvice on which way to take this and make sure i had all the appropriate paper work to back it up. i no this is not going to be an easy process as no one wants to be forking out money and take blame for things in my case its quiet clear also what has caused the damage Parts i now need replaced: New Block as they found sevral cracks New crank as the woodroff key was damaged beyond repair rods and pistons were not the brands i was told they were and same as the cam shafts they found standard head stud and main bolts in a motor that i was told would be good for 550kw why would you go cheap on $300 bolts i have no idea so basically i can throw away the bottom end now because i need everything as new. but i will keep the thread posted as i start to progress

Thanks for all the response guys.. i lodge my forms into the Courts yesterday and so far so good and its good to see i have alot of back up and people with simlar stories.. its a shame that these sort of things happen to us, which give a bad name to this industry especially with someone like myself who works hard for there money and does these things with pasion and it has now turned me off my car i can't even stand looking at it anymore because all it has givein me is headachs and bullshit.. so now ill make sure i stick through these and finally get what i have wanted and what i have paid for

I am willing to do what ever it take to get something out of this.. he has done it to a few people who i have spoken to and someone has to do something about it so it dosnt keep happening to others, instead of people letting these things go.. I just got the full report back from my car.. Now they have told me that the harmonic balancer was missing the spacer behind it which was causing it to rub on the on the AC plate, when the pulled it off they founf that it was cracked and the woodruff key on the crank was badly damaged. so i asked them to pull the motor apart to see what other damage was caused, in that process they told me what parts were in the motor and alot of what didnt match up to what he had told me he put in, so thats another thing.. once the block was checked they found numours cracks in it also. now they told me id be looking at a full rebuild again including a new crank and new block so this is going to be very costly keeping in mind i had taken the car back to him on many occasions to sort out other problems and the last one was to check the noise from the harmonic balancer and to fix a blown head gasket

hey guys, atm im in the process of taking someone to court over the engine i had fully built that has shit itself after 15 xxxkm due to his assembly.. as most of you could imagine it is a very stressful and expensive process after i had just had my motor strip down again to find numours problems. i am wondering if anyone has gone thru this before and if they had any sucess if so please feel free to pm me any details.. cheers Jayson

hi guys thinking of selling my current turbo set up on my car to go for a single instead.. set up will include: 2x HKS GT-RS turbos (genuine) standard manifolds newly chrome finished twin turbo inlet with new twin turbo badge cost me $250 to get done 2x X force dumps and custom y pipe into a 4inch exhuast set up is still currently running in my car just putting up for intrest atm, and if intrested let me know i can organise for you to test and see the set up running and then work something out.. asking for $4000 for the full set up will post up pics soon pm me for details

hahaha yerrr im famous on the low down lol... and yer i was talkin about matt with the black 33 gtr very neat indeed.. and matt with the 34 already knows his is neat lol if you ever want to sell it i want to know 1st il buy that car at the drop of a hat lol.. and post out those picks with girl in your car stop being a hold out im sure the boys want something good too look at hahahahah
