  1. It's split from the one reg so it's the same pressure - approx 43psi. 900psi bottle pressure.
  2. Splitting the fuel at an aftermarket FPR after the fuel filter. Will post pics later.
  3. Thread title edited.
  4. You sure champ? Awesome if it is!
  5. The forum keeps running. Would've thought that fairly obvious. It's not pornography and it's not anywhere near as objectionable as that type of banner. Tune it out and be happy with the forum.
  6. The 8's aren't turbo though. How many of the failures are a direct result of owner abuse? What is the point of this thread?
  7. Quoted for truth.
  8. DD Shootout Mode doesn't improve accuracy so much as it improves parity between different dynos.
  9. There's gonna be some potential buyers kicking themselves when they see that little exchange this morning
  10. Can the Blitz controller switch external items like 2-steps and nitrous? I was happy with my old Blitz Dual SBC but went Turbosmart for that reason.
  11. The car is wired exactly as per the diagram on your website, Paul. I'll try and get the logs sent to me and I'll forward them on to you. It's a boring, ordinary RB25DET PFC. Can get the version number if necessary but it's literally feet away in the shed and I'm on my 5th Corona :|
  12. Yes. Very.
  13. Both my -60 and -61 part numbered Q45's are maxing out at almost the same level. The -60 at 15psi on the GT35 and the -61 at 19psi. I'm seeing the AFM voltage max out on both the hand controller as well as the tuning software which logs it at 5.1+ volts. It's not a dirty AFM and everything I've checked suggests that it's wired correctly. I'm beginning to think it's something in the wiring however i'm stunned that i haven't seen this issue mentioned elsewhere in 6-odd years of Skyline fan-dom. It has me farked.
  14. Yes, it will display live boost readings as well as the peak reading. It will display this in both analogue and digital formats.
  15. I have a set of std coils in perfect working order for $200.00 They were easily supporting 265kW when i removed them simply to pre-empt the 'chance' that they wouldn't handle more. Adrian
  16. Nismoid, I'm the other R33 that's making it out at the same level. I've tried both types of Q45 now and have similar issues. Ideas?
  17. Agreed. Just cos they look the same doesn't mean they can go back on differently.
  18. I'm there but I'm already taking up a space on the V8owners list so please don't add me here.
  19. I'm in the same boat as you right now mate - considering ECU swap if the swap to a Z32 doesn't work.
  20. Because unlike your good self, most people know what conditions this time was run under. I have photos of the smoke pouring off of the small, radial tyres even at the moderate 20psi boost level used for these passes. Are you missing something? Probably not. Just keep in mind that magazines tend to talk about the best power a car has made and the best ET/TS a car has run HOWEVER these two figures may not go hand in hand at the time. The car setup was atrocious for this power level. Although the run was made on slicks it was made with the factory manual transmission and was a handful to drive. Mechanical problems made a run with the Powerglide impossible at the time. When did he use the nitrous (N2O btw)? How much power did it make when it ran? You have no idea. How on earth does a 2-litre 4-cylinder apply to this discussion????
  21. Top Fuel racer Hillary Will emerged with only minor injuries from a spectacular testing accident Saturday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Reported breakage caused Will to lose control of her KB Racing dragster near the end of a 4.66-second 290-mph run. The cause of the accident is unclear. Will was transported to UMC Medical Center as a precaution, where she was treated for a bruised arm and released. The team reportedly will test with their backup dragster Sunday or Monday
  22. The name of the thread should be; "135mph+ from GT3540 .82" Otherwise all discussion is irrellevant.
  23. AND the after party - don't forget to make a sexy time for all of us!
  24. Rev limiters are there to bit hit provided they're set nice and high and you're in top gear at the time
  25. Recipe for disaster.
