  1. Valvebounce.com is putting on an interclub go kart day at Hume Superkarts on Sunday,June 26th.I'll post up times and exact details as we get closer to the day.Suffice to say, there's likely to be limited places,as there's already healthy interest from other clubs. The link on Valvebounce is: http://valvebounce.com/home/viewtopic.php?t=293 . So far, there's 1. VMPCA 2. REACT 3. ACTWRX 4. ACT RS Liberty Club So,put it in your calendars! If you're a light,power-to-weight freak,or a mean steerer,or you just want to help fly the flag for SAU,this could be a great day for you! Likewise, those who want to come along and watch, feel free!
  2. Straight up-FARK!! Big congrat's to you two-very much deserved!! From one (envious) 32R owner to another(F**king powerful) 32R owner-Schweeet!!
  3. Did see the car:seemed "inactive" whilst we were there.I think you've just explained why...I'll bet he's about it,too.
  4. Ah,well,I think it's time I have a change of plans, and just show up for the social side. It's come down to E,Kate,me,some help from R.,and some of the new members to plug away at the trivia questions whilst everyone else gets tipsy and talks cars/girls + boys and general banter. So,I'll be there at some stage!
  5. Enlighten us, A.! I had a heads up text from a goodly SAU'er(thanx Sinista !) that they were out in force;anyone else get "spotted" in a bad way?
  6. A word of warning:the Goulburn constabulary are very active, along with the Highway Patrol all the way from here to Goulburn:carry on like a pork chop and you'll get fried! I lost count of how many I saw today... We're heading the back way through Tarago(quicker, but rougher and narrower)in the mighty Liberty at about 8-8.30a.m. Those how'd like to come along with us,we'll wait at the side of the road next to Red Rooster on the way out to Bungendore about 8ish...see the rest of you Highway travellers there!
  7. After a change of heart by my Boss at work,I've got the weekend off,so I'm doing the meeting on Saturday and Sunday(ie:skipping tomorrow...)so,I'll see whoever I see on the weekend!
  8. Congratulations S & P! Now that's gotta be one of the sexiest sights around:is there anything better than a iron fist wrapped in a velvet glove?! It's only my opinion(which I often get told to shove sideways somewhere dark ),but I reckon that THIS is how a GT-R should look! I've had my baby up on blocks for 5 weeks, and I'm going slightly :looney: waiting for my suspension to come back-you must've been going absolutely :bananaman  :gaga: :freak: waiting for this to happen... Worth the wait,I say!! TWO.06L lives again!!
  9. I'll be leaving at 7.30-gotta get there early;family to catch up with beforehand...
  10. I'm in! See you at the Shell !
  11. Well,it's the Tuesday before, and whilst I haven't completely given up,my suspension isn't back(damned Jap' Spec Swedish parts...). I'll definately be going, but more than likely in the long suffering Liberty...Remember,all,that Sunday is the driving events day at Wakefield. And it's also the end of daylight savings. This public service announcement brought to you by LTS Jayce to remind you that there's an extra hours' sleep to be had before Sunday's event! And Monday is a day off, too! I know seasoned trackday nutters(CammaS15,WhyTry et al)are :drooling: ing at the thought of all those Dattos and Nissans being driven the way the manufacturer intended...and then some! Pull your finger out,you lot! See you all there!
  12. I'd say "count me in"! Bring it on,Princess!
  13. :werd: Pass the Kleenex,I'm off to the toilet... :whackit: !
  14. LOL! Ah,what the hell: photo 'em anyway! I'll see what I can do...
  15. Either/or. Daytime is probably better, but night is fine!
  16. I'm out:no suspension...
  17. Ditto little old me! (Shut up all of you that were about to flame me on the "old" thing!!)
  18. Yup:weapon,huh?!?
  19. Thanks G. ! I figured as much...Mine seems to be one of the few perfectly running GTR's floating about. No weird oil pressures or temp's to speak of. Of course I've now jinxed myself horribly, and an engine meltdown is imminent,LOL!! Seeing that Ed' is about to fit up a sump baffle, oil cooler etc,I'll probably get him to eyeball it whilst he's "down there". Anyway,Pro Engines will be the (un)lucky recipent of my RB when it comes time to do the "upgrade"!
  20. Wanted: people to donate piccies,in high res',of their Skyline's taillights. No,I'm not some weird Skyline pervert that loves to look at....oh,wait:I guess I kinda am...LOL! Anyway,I need "scannable" pic's of all the different taillights-R30,31,32,33 and 34(and a 32 GTR Oz delivered set, too). Feel free to blank out your numberplates if you want, but these wont be used for anything untoward. What is going on? I've got some clothing designs I need to run past my embroiderer, and I need accurate piccies...which,very suprisingly for myself,I don't actually have any of. If you can either post 'em(if you're proud enough of your "rear"!)or PM me and I'll get you to send 'em to my home email, that'd be great! Please leave an accurate description,too-"R32 GTR,Oz delivered" or "R33 GTS-T Series II"...Whilst I know there's not a huge difference overall between them all('cept the Oz 32 and the 34 series),I'd still like to be remotely correct...As for the clothing stuff;be patient...you'll see in due course.
  21. LOL! Yeah,I figured mine were OK...just getting a smidge paranoid!
  22. And the next question(Nik,Greg,Wayne:feel free to guide us through this one...):how easy/hard is it to get to said oil pump to check if said screws are loose or if the pump is ****ed? Do you go through the sump? Engine out? Or? I just don't know how it's done...
  23. Spread the word:be quick as there's precious few places!!
