  1. You've left a field empty. You need to put a link to the item that was For Sale - and you are leaving feedback about. Stops people (mates) giving each other ratings and then ripping people off. It has a purpose
  2. Email notifications are down - this is noted in the two sticky threads. They wont be fixed in the near future. When they are, the threads with bug fixes will be updated
  3. Indeed usually up in the hills a bit as well is when it does it, so temp and probably pressure both factors. It's just as turbos are starting to come off Vac so around 2000-2500rpm if i had to guess. Just as the boost gauge moves into positive is when it starts. Only been up/out in that weather twice since I've had the car. Even @ Mt Baw Baw, when it was quite cool but not under 10deg even with altitude
  4. I'd argue the point of surge not hurting response, if its bad enough it can basically have the car "stall" at a given point in RPM until it pushes through. If low enough in the RPM this can take quite a while. When i can get mine surging, low rpm/5th/6 degree ambient - it will not go past that RPM point at all even if i hold it there for 10 seconds. I have to drop back to 4th, pass that RPM window (about 300rpm) and then it's fine.
  5. Duty is charged on total cost. Your total cost is $1438. So if you get hit by customs, expect to pay $144 or so. There is no GST. You are paying Import Duty.
  6. Thread closed. Believe it or not, but since SAU started more than 7 years ago, this topic has been discussed before. Please use the search function in future. It may be found here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=search&search_in=forums While we understand that it can be frustrating to have your thread closed - Please consider that other members may feel it to be disrespectful and selfish of you to post a simple question, without using the search feature to review the wealth of information provided by said members over the years. If you still feel that this action is unjust, then please PM me and we can discuss it further.
  7. My -5s will surge only on a 5-8 degree morning, full load in 5th coming onto boost. Could be tuned out if i really wanted as you said, any warmer and it was fine so it wasnt a problem. It was more conditions than anything else - such a rare thing that happens maybe once/twice a year. Same thing, different words
  8. Not sure how Thrust bearing is a pro? And any stock GTR turbos are a massive CON, not because you have them - but because they shit wheels. Drop a wheel, kiss your motor goodbye.
  9. Nismo Coppermix twins are worth ~$2200 landed Terry. You can get them locally at roughly that as well if you hunt around.
  10. If you are browsing mobile version, I do not think you can. Someone with an iPhone will need to confirm.
  11. Yeah end of the day the metal should be fine on the gear. The early series HKS cam gears used poor metal (going back over 8 years now). The teeth used to wear down over time. However these days even the cheap/copy style gears are not too bad, just ensure you replace all the bolts to known quality/strength for safety.
  12. Without blowing out costs, doing individual usernames etc really isn't going to be possible/marketable.
  13. Knowing how wide the turbine wheel is has no bearing on a splitter for a split dump. You need to know how far from the wall of the housing to just after the exit point of the turbine outlet. The dump is always going to be larger than the turbine wheel and it's outlet. Split or bellmouth (bellmouth being proven many times over more effective, and cheaper)
  14. How knowing that measurement will help with making a dump ill never know.
  15. Lots of dreamers sending PM's about the TE37s So make it nice and easy - the TE37 pricing is not negotiable. Do not PM me asking for the "lowest price", as the "lowest price" is as advertised.
  16. haha ye I was gonna say that. I'm sure the Link & other ECU's can be configured to do exactly the same thing as it's really just a sensor input and an action resulting on that input. Interesting none the less, more to the point of how it would integrate correctly and trigger. Although not cheap. If it's $300 in the US, by the time it gets here and Aussie distro's gouge us, it'll probably be near $400
  17. RB20 dyno thread has plenty of results. Have a read of it, you'll soon work out a rough range.
  18. iPhones or Android? You need to "enable mobile versions" in a subsetting in Andriod IIRC. iPhone - not sure, call Apple
  19. Screen dump(s) please. Not that i don't believe you, just want to see exactly what you have keyed in, and where.
  20. Not yet - We will work that out depending on the designs that we like/want to go with. I've got all options available, will come down to costs. That said i think everyone would rather compromise slighltly on design/print complexity and have a excellent quality garment that you'll actually want to wear and get decent life out of. This is the most important part.
  21. All designs will have to be B&W for now - full colour will just blow out costs for them too much and make then unaffordable for people
  22. My comment was in relation to hoodies, there has not been any designs of those yet
  23. Pretty sure we can get a SAU Hoodie looking much better than the one above. IMO it doesn't look any good. I've got a few ideas of other people i can talk to if no-one comes up with anything that makes selection
