Do you really need them? A good tuner will be able to tune better than any effect the O2 sensors would have. I've had them disabled on all cars/set-ups for the past 7 years.

Ye - on a dyno with the bonnet up Take it out onto the street where the airflow & snorkel are working how they were designed and it's a different story. Dyno fans really don't have the same effect as travelling @ 80-100km/h+ There was a graph about 2yrs ago with back to back. Difference was around 6-8rwkw IIRC on the rollers on a 250rwkw setup. (R33 gts-t airbox it was, using a K&N Filter). Difference ye, but it's not major and certainly not worth the undue hassle you end up with. Depends on the person if they cbf'd with doing a proper CAI setup (that is still illegal).

Yes i realise that. But on a bog stock (what we thought was a gt-t), it's fine. A gt-t airbox really isn't that bad if you have a look at one. They are a good piece of kit. Hence people make 270rwkw through them with nothing more than a replacement filter. Now it's a GT - even more so unimportant.

The car you are driving is illegal for a start. Just get a K&N panel filter. Good enough for me @ 365rwkw, good enough for you. About $80-$90 or so. You could probably find cheaper if you shop around

I've got RSR's 265, on a 10.5 right now. It's fine. Doesn't looked stretched at all. Doesn't sit as flush as my 285 AD08s, but it's not 'stance' spec and looks good. Although that said, the RSRs are quite average compared to AD08s I had previously.

Nismo turbos are 1970s design, they are laggy pieces of junk. Always have been, always will be. That is why they are $500. They've been well covered in plenty of detail if you don't believe me. Honestly if you've spent all that money building a motor. Why then go and buy $500 second hand, shitbag turbos? 300rwkw-330rwkw & responsive = Garrett -9 Of which there are more results than you can poke a stick at. There is even a "300-330rwkw GTR" thread

Yeah just google it if you must Basically anytime i see something appear on the map I've not been to before, i go there. I don't neccesarily clear it however (like a fort, giant camp etc). Just go close enough to "trigger" it for later as a quest leads there eventually.

Externally gated, old tech Nismo turbos... Talk about making a bad setup... Worse! And all Nismo turbos were steel wheel. As for turbos, usual questions apply. What do you want/use of the car? Budget? Power goals? Do you want response or top end etc. etc. etc. However, given the answers to the above 3 questions will pretty quickly end up seeing you using the search given there is plenty of info around.

Ye they can. You are probably doing what a mate of mine was doing. Picking up everything in every mission/quest/mine etc. You simply don't need to. Only pick-up the final battle items and that's about it. Otherwise you'll only clear 1 mine for example and be full. Where i'll clear maybe 4-5 mines/quests easily and then go sell off all my stuff. Thats usually with 1-2 dragons as well

The only reason weapons get "better" as you go, is because you level. You get access to elven, ebony, daedric etc. Each weapon type being more stronger than the last. Best 5 tips IMO: 1. Buy a house in whiterun - $5000 (need to do the Jarls quests). Means you can store stuff easily like Dragon Scales/Bones. They weigh heaps even with a follower. 2. Get smithing up as early as you can. Even if it means spending all your money on leather & leather strips. Or walk around killing bears/wolves (this can take a while). Once you smith items, improve them, then sell it. This will not only level smithing fast, but also speech. Later in the game you'll make more money as a result. You don't even need to "level" the perks. 3. Any magical item, disenchant them soon as you can (gets free/easy levels & perks). 4. Get a follower, and give them armour & melee weapons only. Get them to follow you and suddenly clearing mines/quests is 30-40% faster simply by having an extra pair of hands 5. Don't bother with a horse. YES it takes a while to walk to places sometimes, but doing so will aid you MUCH later on in the game when you can Fast Travel to anywhere on the map.

+1 Mine will do it even taking off mid-throttle from the lights. No chance there would be wheelspin, but it sends power up front regardless for quite a while longer than you'd think. But then i do have a modded transfer case, wondering if that makes a difference or not as well.

If pulling things out one by one does not work then do this: Take out the battery on the mobo, flush (press power etc), and reinstall & try again with just CPU, RAM and a HDD/SSD. No GPU or other PCI items.

Yeah only the early cards can be flashed. Also when the 7000 series launch is only the 7970 initially. It'll be Q2 before the cheaper/mid range cards hit shelves, so closer to 3-4 months as opposed to 2 months given the soft launch was this week. I'd say as well, wait for the Nvidia GTX7XX cards to launch, that might change the ATI pricing depending on where the performance sits of the mid range cards, but that wont be till Feb/Mar, possible Apr/May for mid-range
