  6. OUT you muppet!
  7. Over 9000?
  8. The AMM dyno strikes again! Go take that full fudge result and pour it over some ice-cream and enjoy it that way. About all its good for. That dyno is @ the hubs, and you need to take 50-60kw off if you want to get realistic. Stop claiming it as RWKW when it's not. It is miss leading users of this forum that might otherwise not know better. Not 2 days ago there was a guy i was talking too who was genuinely under the impression that the result was legit and that factory RB25's will hold 350rwkw+ Even @ 330rwkw on E85/.63 - that is pushing then limits of believable. But at least its almost believable rather than outright fudge. Exactly what I said to the same tuner 2 weeks ago on another forum. This apparent "gun" tuner - was making wild claims that a 3076/.82/19psi made 370rwkw on PULP because it was a "freak" motor. The thing was factory. Same as I said then - and will say now - I'll pay the entry fees and a tank of fuel if the car runs 128MPH+. No if's, no buts. Cash is here when the prove is given.
  9. well now that is convenient. car serviced, ready for Sunday. Might well go for a few passes.
  10. They make 500rwkw because they split the signal (effectively half, so 250rwkw x2). Can be done of course but not ideal by any means. What turbo do you have? Other supporting mods? Sounds like you've been fed some bad advice overall mate
  11. The standard ECU is no good for anything other than the factory turbo. Even then, benefits of a tune are huge. YOU MUST do the following: ECU & Tune - 1300-2000 Injectors - 700 AFM - 350 Intercooler kit - 650-800 And then things like Clutch - 1200 There is no chance you will be doing anything for $500, and driving it around even as it is now is ridiculously silly. Its probably going to cost you around 3.5-4k. $500 is impossible Whoever you get your "advise" from, stop listening to them as they are clueless.

  17. Just because you make the power, doesnt mean much, we all know can "make" it if you force it. You will probably find a 30-40rwkw gain soon as you swap your exhaust out and then that would bring you closer to 450, which is what you should make on RS's. Given he has a 3", and lets face it, its gotta be changed - 4" is the simple choice.
  18. a KKR 430 more responsive than a 2530? Something was wrong there... And before you get dyno sheets out - they are not the best indicator of throttle response etc. Very much so on a RB20 given loading up heavily will alter results. The 2530 is a smaller turbo, and plenty of results in the RB20 thread you can compare against but for 230rwkw/20psi, pretty much 'the' choice by most people. And you MUST run 18-20psi on the 2530 Yes, Roy has had excellent results with that combined with the Greddy manifold & stock plenum Recently he changed to the Plazman/6boost combo, lost power and response Was in his build-up thread for further details.
  19. Full parts list, and prices or this will be locked.
  20. I typed into the search "explain compressor surge" Results speak for themselves. Have a shot and see for yourself. In future, ensure you try the search function first. You'll be amazed at the results returned.
  21. Sorry, couldn't resist that one

  23. You are far too kind to the beast A few people have run 11.4-11.6 now on stock turbo'd R32GTR's now. Just need to be nasty! With those turbos you'd be WELL into the 11's, now just high - go for broken greaboxes
  24. IMO braided are not an upgrade. they are a solution and have their place, mainly custom turbo mounting. but you'll never beat steel lines for longevity and strength.
