  2. Sound like GTR injectors? If so, the impedance is also wrong. A different fuel rail won't fix that issue of making them actually work. Sell and buy RB25 550's IMO. Work out cheaper and easier in the long run
  3. Good thing we have a For Sale section. Have a shot using it.
  4. Well counts out some of the places I was thinking LOL Sounds like you need to go to places like CQ - plenty of ass for you to look at there, good bonus when taking a mrs IMO given you cant have any fun Lounge Colonial Hotel (depends on the act/night) There are other places that are similar but its more of an older crowd and probably not your scene
  5. You purchased something off ebay, that was cheap. There are plenty of laser cutters in each state that you can physically go down and talk too, ask them about quality, see their work. I mean come on, "you asked why it was so hard to get good stuff", yet in the same post turns out you purchased it blindly off the internet. Hell you don't even know if it was made here and the likelyhood it was, is slim. Its common sense. People answered your issue and told you that you to spend money in most instances to get decent stuff And then you get all emo about it? Odd It's no different to buying a cheap materials/fittings for your house or something. Half the time they don't line up or they fail and you curse, takes time to fix and so on.
  6. You could have tried the "report post" button as a test mangs Thread locked. Sounds like a business trader, or a backyard one. If you wish to sell mass product, then you'll need to become a paying trader like everyone else. More information here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/294953-are-you-a-business-want-to-advertise-on-sau-click-here/
  7. no where is cheap in the CBD. 10-15 Entry and over priced drinks are the norm. what type of house/dance? john course of nova friday night? or properly mixed and fresh electro/house?
  8. mmm... that's not a 2.5k job to fix! perhaps a 2nd quote?
  9. you need a custom manifold, and it could be done given you can lowmount a GT35. issue would be fitting the gate etc perhaps.
  10. what's wrong with it exactly?
  11. Times have indeed changed. You can make 400-440rwkw from a set of -5s on PULP. That was a pipe dream several years ago with only a few getting there. Anyway you look at it E85 is a boutique fuel. Its half way between PULP and outright racefuel as price/vs/economy its bad. Ye you get more power out of it and can run more boost - but realistically for 99% of people, going to the servo ever 200-250km's or having to carry around a jerry can is a bit ridiculous
  12. But come on PJ - you have to admit at some point that a 570hp turbo on 20psi should be making significantly more than 250rwkw. It should be around 300rwkw given a GT3076 will do those exact numbers and is similarly rated to the Precision item. Although when you think about it, 570hp with a .63 rear housing??? End of the day, if you have to run 24-30psi, then these turbos simply are not a good choice for your average punter on a stock motor. A built/race motor, then of course. Get the most out of the turbos and so on. More results needed yet either way i say!
  13. Sure does, a GTX35 in theory will be 400rwkw no problems at all... Definitely going to be past the limit of stock manifolds and 3" exhausts
  14. It wont speed it up much at all. My RAID array is fast, but a single HDD maxes out @ around 30meg a sec write speed on a fast 7200rpm drive (F1 or Caviar black) Anything else, is slower - I've tried LOL. Most normal HDD's are roughly 20-24meg/sec full write
  15. You talking on your GT-T? If so, its markedly easier to remove the exhaust side and replace a single turbo as opposed to the twins. A GTR does take longer.
  16. Depends on the workshop, depends what else they might find. Everything being in order and correct (rare) 3-5 days. I mean if you rock up in the morning with the car, its obviously going to require hours to cool down etc. A lot of people don't factor that in. So you've wasted a few hours of the first "day" booking before anything is even touched
  17. Give me $20, and make sure there is a return/paid for envelop and i will. It'll probably tie my server up for a day transferring 2TB to a shitty portable drive lol
  18. Personally I wouldn't. Just run it off the factory actuator until you are ready to get it tuned. Its highly likely to trip the ECU into R&R mode anyway which will make it a pig to drive. 7psi, it'll be fine. You need injectors and a larger AFM to support that turbo (and a tune obviously)
  19. I found something interesting - if you actually get a PM from someone, it shows there without the "view" option. But not on the General Forum pages for some reason. I'll start a list to compile the pages of feedback and get it looked into
  20. There is a Greddy "how to" in the DIY area. It covers all parts required, how/what etc.
  21. the old one worked in a similar manner just had to click on the ' checkname' where now it just appears
  22. you know that was always the plan let Christian get this stable before we add more on.
  23. Please read the thread, it has already been answered a couple of times.
  24. Sounds very similar to a HKS 2535 Interesting to see the response
