    Indeed it is IMO. Nothing wrong with the AVC-R, but the dual solenoid gear that's been out (EVC6 also) does have its advantages and often is easier/quicker to set-up and have more features.

    And the rest - a turbo is a combination of compressor and turbine wheels. Changing one could had averse effects - sounds like you have a old donkey T04E and you wanna swap wheels to something newer... which is pointless. Buy a new turbo.

    I have a set of GT-SS's, I'm telling you they are identical and without the part number - you cannot tell as two of us have said now. In true arrogant form, for consistency's sake of course - closed. When you have the part number - so that people can actually help you - then start another thread.

    s15's are ok stock... otherwise they love to shit diffs and gearboxesif you get too excited which is not a good thing. at least the 6.5 won't break as easy and still make 200-220awkw on a factory turbo and ecu! cheap, fast, reliable. they don't sound like the a RB though...

    please use the search. they have been covered a few times now in the Forced Induction area. end of the day they are cheap, and have poor response as r33/32N1 are very old tech.
