For all intents and purposes - the stock turbos are basically the same. They are both shit, both ceramic, and if they blow with potentially take the motor with them (usually rear that dies)

stock cooler is fine. get Nismo AFM's (from perfectrun.co.jp) cam gears - any is fine, or just have stock gears modded, cheap as ($150)

When the EPA letter arrives, just write in with evidence of you being O/S. They will extend it if sufficient proof/reason is provided. Ensure you say the car wont be driven whilst you are O/S and they wont care
