My younger brother will take the car once i can upgrade to a turbo anyway. Reasons I want a car are i want a manual, something more fun and something smaller with a smaller engine to save me petrol. Completly understand and agree with what your saying hence me not wanting a non turbo skyline, supra or silvia. Anyway by far the most recomended car has been the mx5 so im gonna look at some of them. Another plus to them that no one has mentioned so far is that heaps of older guys own them ie. they are not as trashed as your average dc2 or s13.

Mr2's look awesome, Mid engined, RWD...2 seats f**k driving around gilfriends mates, its just an a bit of a hassle not having the back seats. 10k including rego, insurance etc, also. BTW is FWD even that noticeable? Have never driven one

Definetly want something reliable, therfore newer. Need a non turbo as im still a bit under 2 yrs off fulls and my bro will take this car when i move onto a turbo skyline. Basically something light and fun. Prefer coupe as well MX5 is perfect besides the 2 seater hassle. Is the Beemer myth real or not? As too the expansive parts and such?

did you actually notice that that thread is 10 years old? EDIT: After reading the thread they are right. 33's can be bougt very cheap and there are alot of shitty examples out there. The good thing is that they will again become rare as all the others will become thrashed and trashed

Do you have an Enzo?, your profile things says you do. Anyway Lamborghini owns all. The only cars i would take over a heavily moddified GTR would be an F40, Murcielago or Aventador
