Had this on another car. once the dust covers are torn, its pretty much curtains for the shocks cause the dust gets in, and wrecks the seals quickly (thats if you don't change them). Same as CV boots really. You have to replace a torn one quick. Sounds like a good excuse to get some BC's!

VR38DETT GTR uses mobil 1, 0W- 40 at Nissan service... can't be bad! I think its pretty much been covered before, but most agree a high quality oil form Gulf Western, Motul or Royal Purple. 5L of it. oils are one of these things people get picky about. So there are loads of opinions flying round.

^ Lucky Stagea drivers do... don't know what that makes me... Anyway, I just thought so should look into Supercharging a bit more, if you want to keep the stock exhaust. I think it would be tough to keep a stock one and still twin turbo it. That being said, what you are really after is not necessarily a stock exhaust, but one that doesn't produce more db than a stock. I understand because atm I have a Honda tuning place up the valley from me... and I can hear the same car on the dyno for about 30mins now....

450 is attainable. But I doubt you would still be able to use the stock exhaust. Its all about how long you want the motor to last. Have you considered Supercharging? HERE is a link to a Stillen supercharger for G37/370Z - 515hp at fly, 438hp at wheels - according to them. Whatever you consider, turbo or otherwise, make sure it will fit 1) a auto car (guessing yours is), and 2) a RHD car 3) fuel that is available in Aust. Other than that- go nuts Oh, and if its an auto, you'll need some work to the box to take the torque.

Get me two! And no, they are not internally strong as far as FI goes. You won't be making 700hp like a GTR. Its a great NA motor, not a FI motor. But they can be made into one with a big wallet

the Z tube is a piece that goes between the AFM and the throttle body. The std G35/V35 PNM35 unit has all these baffles and shit that is designed to reduce intake resonance. This gets shafted in place for a straight tube off a Z33. more power(?) and better intake sound. Wont fit on a NM35

I don't know if that helps you (cause i don't know the differences between a 32/33 in that depth. R32 VQ35 Hope to have my helpful hat on form now on

VQ35 parts are NOT hard to get, you just don't find them in the bin like RB's. Just proving you have NFI what your talking about. Lets see- can you buy a whole cosworth VK45 long block, in 2 diff comp ratios? Since when did this turn out to be how much did you pay for your car? Thats up to me, not you. Your right- VQ35 is a sissy motor. Can't handle more than 1800 or 1900hp... clicky link I think you'd have more success with a VQ35, due to the aftermarket parts variety. Very well supported- almost as much as a John Deere

Spotted a Blue NM35 on a tilt tray southbound about 7pm tonight on Pennant Hills rd, Normanhurst. Didn't look like Bbenny's. Hope its not terminal Couldn't see if it was pranged.
