  1. Exactly, I would have though the Police would have some sort of duty or care to try and stop the crime before the crime happened. Like, if there was a guy standing in front of a bank with a balaclava and a sawn-off, do you reckon a cop might say, "mate, don't do it!", or would he let him go and rob the bank, maybe kill someone, then try and catch him.
  2. True true..... swhy I no like big laggy turbos...... wait, I have one on the way for the 32 now. Dang!
  3. LOL, no way! wayyy back in 2002 I ran 11.13 @ 128.5 (1.82 60ft) on a stock bottom end with Apexi low mounts and other little odds and sods. 315RWKW. New owner in Tassie re-tuned it and went 10.80 at similar mph. Maybe they were really really big killer Wasps? They were Qld ones after all, our are bigger and stronger!

Honestly? I'd suggest just visiting QR on occasion, and make Lakeside your main track. Once you get comfortable there, you'll be comfortable (and quick!), Anywhere. Most of us Lakeside regulars avoid QR like the plague due to it's boring and less challenging nature (in comparison). So yeah, any opportunity you get, go Lakeside I wouldn't get too caught up on doing the driver training days there though as they're of dubious benefit in my book. I know it quite well and am happy to join you in the pits out there sometime if you like. You know how to get me

It should/will put out sub 56's to be frank. Berry did low 56's in his there last year on factory rubber and engine boost cutting and misfiring over 6k rpm. Once you have the track sorted in your head and decent slicks with your handling and grunt, well, it'll be Special baby!
  10. I believe the underwear does qualify as an extra layer. I also believe it makes you look gay.
  11. Glad to see you got her out there Kirk! What parts do you need mate? I'm in Brissy too
  12. Agree with Baron...... fugger's always right, you know that Roy, no sell.
  13. ....... Or send them up here, I'll slip them in my spare block for you and you can have it upon your return
  14. Looks excellent Snow...... I was wondering when we'd see it! Is that the HRT livery?

Very glad to see you got out there mate! My word I'd love to have even half of your straight line stonk in my 32 GTS-t that I run around there! lol
  16. Oh, BTW, -5's are on the 32
  17. The 32 runs on 109 race fuel, so isn't really very good to us for this discussion.

There's zero wrong with the ppg perse, but we wanted sequential and to have a mimic setup to the 34 in case we had a failure and needed to raid parts. A ppg has done many years of good service is the car.
  19. Oh Roy..... always a step too far.

It's a full dog, is all gears, straight cut, with the latest spec upgrade selector forks. One track day old, out of Berry/Newman's "hi octane 32". $6k..... Gone Hollonger now. Not splitting it, ready to bolt to your transfer. Parts alone are $8k plus.
  22. Ya fark one lousy goat.......

Have a fresh PPG dog box if you want to go that way. Ugraded selectors etc.... PM me for details. (I'm heading away for a week tomorrow though so sorry if I don't get back to you right away).
  24. i still find the best way to bleed the things is on a hoist, wheels in the air. Bleed them at the nipple on the transfer while someone's in the car creating a "wheelspin" situation.... if you know what I mean?
  25. You know I can be a good boy
